Great company fast reliable service

the only good thing was item was in stock ( 2stars), paid for express delivery as needed quickly to find it was sent by royalmail,@ 6.95 post for a receiver?
this should of been by courier for that price. no way can it cost wheelspin that much.
wont ever use again with over priced delivery charges.they have lost a customer who bought from them since 2008.....

Brilliant company, a great selection of products and spare parts alike. Managed to get an old Hpi Savage 21 truck back up and running thanks to parts ordered from Wheelspin models.

Definitely the safest shop to buy from. I've been scammed many times by other websites but when i buy stuff here i feel so much better, the only thing i want to say is that the prices are a little high. But in return you get kind customer support. Definitely buying everything here ♥️.

Quick and easy delivery plus goods were as described

I have had an amazing experience with these people. Their team is amazing back in 2024 the day of my birthday. I got a decent amount of money and decided that I would like to purchase a proper RC car upon entering the shop when a member of staff see me, they could tell that I had no experience with what I was trying to look for. I told them my budget and they gave me exactly what was one of the best RC cars I’ve owned by far an FTX Apache I bought another RC car one not from them but online just some cheap and crap that I can thrash
without any remorse the receiver wasn’t very good so I bought a new one of them at first I couldn’t wrap my head around how to bind it but when I texted them they were very helpful and I have just this minute been able to connect the receiver they’ve been nothing but the upmost help if you live within the West Midlands it’s definitely worth taking the tractor to go and buy an RC car off them, even if you just want to browse the catalogue.

I've modelled for over 40 years built everything from planes , buggies, helicopters to nitro bikes . Purchased a new engine from them description made no mention of it needing special bits so purchased standard glow plug. That was a waste of a tenner as it actually used a turbo plug . Then had issues fitting the clutch after buying 3 different clutches non would fit. Contacted them complained and was told no issue they would sort it and contact supplier and get correct clutch needed . Manager rang me gave me loads of waffle about he'd get to bottom of it and call me back one week later still waiting. I've finally managed to sort issue myself after spending nearly as much on clutches as engine cost. Reviews state after sales is great well in my opinion that certainly isn't correct . They should get there product descriptions correct and stop giving waffle about they'd sort it.
Lost my business and 3 lads in the club I'm in .

Let me start by saying, ALL the staff at Wheelspin Models I’ve dealt whether in-store or over the phone have been top notch, super knowledgeable and more than helpful. I don’t normally write reviews but felt I needed to following my experience. I recently bought an RC truck which unfortunately had problems caused by design defects. I raised the issues with the staff who were all very helpful and understanding. I must thank Simon in particular who went above and beyond by liaising between myself and the supplier to ensure the appropriate resolution was made promptly, he is definitely a credit to your team. I highly recommend Wheelspin for all your rc’ing needs, they are second to none. Once again, thank you Simon and all the team at Wheelspin Models.

Wheelspin models have been absolutely amazing with my last two purchases.
My son decided to boomerang one of the transmitters on my old q32.
Due to the age of it I was unsure if I would be able to get another but wheelspin models had one on their website and got it out to me in no time at all.

I bought a rc crawler which usully costs around 100 euros for 130 to deliver it to Ireland..And now I GOT to pay extra 30 for customs...First time I see the shop who Doesn't even say to you that you will have additional charges...Would never buy the l thing for 160.
