Giving 1 star because O stars is not an…

Giving 1 star because O stars is not an option. The service from Whirlpool has been absolutely pathetic. My fridge has been facing issues, and despite raising multiple requests, the technician/service team has failed to resolve it.

Worst service ever...my double door…

Worst service ever...my double door refrigerator freeze control PCB board got damaged due to high current.To replace only PCB,they r charging me around Rs7000 just for PCB.The service charge has been paid already extra of Rs700.While the same PCB in India mart website costs only of Rs2200.

It has already been 4 days since I…

It has already been 4 days since I purchased the AC and nobody has come for installation. Your team keeps saying “we will call in 2 hours” but nobody responds. This is extremely poor service and very disappointing from Whirlpool. If this is not resolved immediately today, I will escalate the matter publicly and through consumer complaint channels.

Very disappointing customer support…

Very disappointing customer support experience from Whirlpool.

We purchased a refrigerator and have been trying to complete the warranty registration for the past 2 weeks. Multiple requests were raised, but no one provided a proper resolution. One service person visited for the demo but left without completing the registration and simply said the invoice was enough.

The WhatsApp support experience was also frustrating. Even after clearly explaining the issue multiple times, the agent did not properly guide us regarding the warranty registration process and kept asking repeated questions without understanding the concern.

We had to wait for a long time just to get connected to an agent, and even after that there was no proper clarity or confirmation shared. Customers should not have to struggle this much for a basic request.

Expected much better support and coordination from Whirlpool.

Very poor service by Whirlpool

Very poor service by Whirlpool. Our refrigerator has been out of order for the last 3 days, but the required part has still not been dispatched. Now the service team is asking us to wait 10–15 more days in this extreme summer. After taking full payment immediately, such delay is completely unacceptable. Highly disappointed with Whirlpool service.

Poor quality of single door whirlpool refrigerator

I purchased single door refrigerator and machine was stopped only in two months.
I suggest no one should purchase whirlpool refrigerator, it is very very poor quality.
I called many times to customer care but they irresponsible person.
I have wasted money for this poor quality refrigerator .
If I give 0 rating then it will be insult of 0.

And fir maine march 2026 me complain kiya to bola gya ki one month bad pcb aayga to lag jayga fir mai one month wait kiya and pcb aane ke bad mechanic lagane aaya and wo pcb usi time khrab bhi ho gya fir maine complain kiya to ye koi response ni de rhe upar se inke worker in ganda behaviour hai dhang se bat krne bhi ni aata lagta hai jaise inse hamne whirlpool ka product liya to ye log hampe aihsan kar rhe, inka customer service itna ganda hai ki kya bolu, aj ke bad kbhi mai whirlpool product ni lunga and kbhi kisi ko prefer krunga lene ko, very bad product and very poor service

I am purchased a microwave oven last…

I am purchased a microwave oven last year but in only 8 - 9 months it's stop working. I am contacting coustomer care they said we will give you a service with in 24 hours . But service person arrived after 3 days . And say it's display not working. And I am replaced it with in a week but after 15 days it's not replaced and I am continuously try coustomer care no and also a service center managers number but no one answer the call .

Very bad service experience

Very bad service experience. They offer many promises, but when you contact customer care, they assign someone who asks for money even when the product is still under warranty. I paid expecting that my washing machine issue would be resolved properly, but the problem remains the same. No one is listening or taking responsibility. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Installation service

I have faced a pathetic experience with whirlpool, i have purchased washing machine, and it is not installed even after 9 days of esclation to whirlpool. They are providing pathetic service to customers. I will not recommend anyone to go for whirlpool products.

I am sharing this message based on my personal experience with Whirlpool service support.
I registered a complaint for my Whirlpool refrigerator on 11th May at 9:52 AM (Ticket No: CAL11052605052). Even after several days, no technician has visited, no proper update has been provided, and none of my emails have received even a basic reply.
A refrigerator is an essential home appliance, and such irresponsible after-sales service from a reputed company is completely unacceptable.
Customers are requested to think seriously before purchasing Whirlpool products
If a company cannot even respond properly after registering a complaint, how can customers trust their service?
Please improve your customer support system and respect customers’ time and trust.

The service of Whirlpool company

The service of Whirlpool company is very bad. The person who comes for service tries to solve the problem sitting there itself, hence the service of Whirlpool company is absolutely rubbish.Because I have had a refrigerator and a washing machine for the last 5 years and whenever I call, they just call and leave it, then they come and just say on the phone, do this like this, do that like that.
