Very bad response from service center

Very bad response from service center. Refrerigator Techie number was provided thru WhatsApp chat. But his phone is always in busy mode, nor he calls back.CAL25112500886 was my ticket number.
WhatsApp customer support is useless. Always bot replies.
Never buy Whirlpool products.

I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with Whirlpool products and, more importantly, their after-sales service. Based on my experience, I genuinely *cannot recommend* anyone to buy any Whirlpool product.

Once the sale is completed, there is *no proper response* from their side. The service is extremely poor, there is *no support*, and every representative says they will visit, but *no one actually comes*.

This experience has been very frustrating and unprofessional.

Bought whirlpool refrigerator

Bought whirlpool refrigerator. Totally disgusting product. And company also fraud and disgusting and lier. From executive to md no one is perfect all are same . Totally disgusting.

Very disappointed with the service

Very disappointed with the service. I purchased a new washing machine and they promised a demo and installation within 24 hours. Even after repeated calls, there was no proper response and the service team kept delaying without any clear reason. Customer care is not helpful and the behavior is unprofessional. For a new product, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I would not recommend this brand based on my experience.

I bought a Whirlpool washing machine in…

I bought a Whirlpool washing machine in Aug'22 top loaded fully ....in 3 years feather touch is not working properly last 7 month .
I have called a cal center for repairing jst for a visit charge they are asking for 400 INR and 18% GST.

And apparently they will also charge for replacing or making the touch button..

Mine concern is why to give visiting charge if the touch button is replace or repaired....

Or I will ask a local repair mechanic for the same...

Requesting all Plz don't buy a whirlpool product....in future ....as the costumer care was little rude with me....

Disappointed with product

I bought a Whirlpool washing machine in October 2021. After just 1 or 2 years, it started stopping frequently. I complained to customer care, and the mechanic said there would be a ₹350 visiting charge just to check the machine. After checking, he said the belt was damaged and needed to be replaced, which would cost ₹2000. He said he would fix it the next day, but when I called him, there was no response. I was very troubled. Everything in our house used to be from Whirlpool, but now our trust is broken. I am very disappointed.

Worst company whirlpool don't buy

It is very surprising, and disappointing how whirlpool and there delivery partner behave and threat. Today I suppose to get delivery of my washing machine but that comes along with horrible experience. As per the whirlpool and delivery partner they only responsible for delivery till door ground floor how about the person live on 1st floor or above floor. In my case despite the presence of merely ten steps within the courtyard. Their refusal was attributed to an alleged obstruction. Depite offered my assistance, which was subsequently rejected with the statement, "this is not our job." This response was met with considerable surprise, as the responsibility for such tasks typically falls within the purview of delivery personnel.
It has since become apparent that their actions may have been an attempt to solicit additional payment which is nowhere mention on their website we will only deliver till ground floor gate if need to deliver above ground that will attract additional charges which is I am completely comfortable paying. It was evident that I was accompanied by a toddler and lacked additional assistance, rendering the task of moving the appliance independently a significant challenge. Prior to their departure, the delivery personnel issued a threatening ultimatum: "we have more delivery to do take it or leave it." Rather than offering assistance, their conduct was profoundly disconcerting. Such behavior inevitably erodes public trust in Whirlpool's services.
The aforementioned incident highlights a significant deficiency in the customer service provided by Whirlpool and its associated delivery network. The refusal to complete the delivery to the designated location, citing a minor obstruction and subsequently rejecting offers of assistance, is indicative of a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. The assertion that the task was "not our job" directly contradicts the fundamental responsibilities typically associated with delivery services.
Furthermore, the implication that the delivery personnel were attempting to extort additional funds is a serious concern. The failure to communicate any such requirement transparently and instead resorting to coercive tactics is unacceptable. The disregard for the customer's vulnerable situation, specifically the presence of a child and the absence of additional support, demonstrates a profound lack of empathy and professionalism.
The threatening tone employed by the delivery personnel, specifically the statement "we have more delivery to do take it or leave it," is entirely inappropriate and reflects a disregard for customer welfare. Unprofessional Service People and Pathetic Service.

I had bought a washing machine and it stopped working. I have been trying to get the issue resolved by calling up the customer care numerous times. They say my area doesn't come under them. They ask to follow the escalation matrix and I don't care.

I have written multiple e-mails with all the details to ceo and helpdesk. No response.

Very unprofessional service. Now, there are so many unwashed clothes in my home, I am getting it washed outside.

Last time, a techinician had come, more than resolving the issue, he was trying to sell a washing machine stand and scaling powder.

Worst service called upon many times for service of microwave,they came and visited took visiting charge and never returned nor they called upon for replacement of panel board least bothered about client ,abhi tak microwave khula pada h, i will raise complaint against them in consumer court! One of the worst service.

I bought a washing machine, the installation was late for 1 week. When everytime I contacted customer service they told that technician will come tomorrow. They are repeating this all the time. The customer care service is very lagging. Very worst service. I am not ok with this worst service.
