I bought a hotpoint fridge in February this year, the door seal is not working correctly, the fridge is running with water, all our food completely wasted.
No answer from whitebox when you ring, no answer to emails, finally get hold of someone, I am then told its a week before an engineer will visit
I didn't want a repair, I want a replacement , sorry can't do that I am told.
I have a disabled daughter , plus someone else dialectic, insulin controlled, med's need to be keep at a certain temperature which isn't happening because of faulty door
Customer service is appalling, very quick in taking your money, awful in customer service
Might offer a cheaper price, but not worth it the long run
