The worst company I have ever shopped…
The worst company I have ever shopped with. Every time they send me a faulty item (which is often as the quality is awful) they have an excuse as to why it is not faulty. Will NEVER be shopping here again and I recommend everyone else to shop elsewhere. You’ll either get a damaged item, an item that’s been worn and smells of BO or an item that is not the size it is labelled. STAY AWAH

Worst company ever! Poor quality, bad customer service

Worst company I have ever ordered from so please do not waste your money if you are looking for fast delivery, customer service or quality.
Ordered a few hoodies. Paid for express delivery and they arrived 3 weeks later.
No phone numbers, only emails which they don’t respond to and an online chat that’s just AI. They literally don’t respond to anything, not even social media. Just completely ignore you.
Eventually received the hoodies, quality was poor, very thin and not well made for the money. Sizing was also poor so I returned.
Total of 5 weeks after ordering and still waiting for a refund. No comms.
Will never use again and have told all my friends and family to never order, even they have had bad experiences.

great customer service
My initial package got lost and white fox was amazing and helped me make sure I get my product in a timely fashion! My daughter was so excited when she saw the packaging she’d been waiting everyday since we sent the one that was too big back and she lit up like it was Christmas morning all over again. Thank you!

Awesome customer service
I’ve shopped with White Fox many times in the past - they have great products, competitive prices and amazing sales. Usually the checkout experience is flawless but the one time I had some issues with a discount code not applying correctly, I was very impressed with the customer service team. They were very quick to respond and able to come up with a suitable solution a couple of hours later. Will definitely be shopping here again!

Amazing customer service!!! always!!!!
I absolutely love White Fox. Even though their customer service is based in Australia, it is honestly 10 times better than any support I’ve experienced from clothing brands in the UK.
The pieces are original, great quality, and most of the time fit really well. I do tend to send a few items back when I place bigger orders (which I think is totally normal when trying things on at home), and every time the returns process has been smooth and straightforward.
Their team are always super helpful, responsive, and easy to deal with, which makes such a difference.
Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Ordered a bikini top, which came broken. However customer services quickly sent me a label to send back at no cost and sent me a replacement as soon as I had sent proof of the return. Replied to every enquiry so quickly, couldn’t fault the team at all!
