The tracksuit I ordered was lovely and arrived on time, I ordered 2 different sizes and had big problems trying to return the tracksuit I didn't need. Communication with customer service is bad and the chat is bad too. With this company they need to review their returns policy and get in line with other companies by providing a separate qr code so that it's easier to return parcels instead of trying to get us to print of our own returns label when having no access to a printer

Im trying to return some items and everytime i go to the return it says to print label and doesnt show me qr code. I need qr code as I dont have a printer and then if it exceeds the date of return what do I do because its then not my fault

Bought a hoodie. Delivery was fine. Wore the hoodie once. Washed it by hand as recommended and saw that the main body was separating from the ribbing on the bottom. Not something that should have happened after one wear. When I contracted the company about it and sent photos, they said that because the tags were no longer on the garment all they could do was give me 50% off my next purchase. No responsibility was taken for the shoddy workmanship and I surely don't want to buy another one of their products even with a reduction!

Terrible customer service!!! I understand they have their terms and conditions but so have I at all jobs I’ve worked at yet still find ways to help the customer at the end of the day instead of repeating the same generated response. I do like their clothes, however, I will not be purchasing again due to their customer service. For someone not having brick and mortar locations either, you’d think they’d be a little more accommodating with exchanges. I had an event coming up and just needed a smaller size in the same item. I was fine paying the $10 to ship it back but then, you have to wait a week for it to return and from there, another 3-4 days for the store credit to be processed! Being short on time, I was willing to reorder the smaller size if they could work with me and refund my card directly when the incorrect size was processed on their end. But… NO! I would have to pay for the item to ship back ($10) and then I wait for the credit to process and then if I choose to reorder ahead of the return processing to ensure I get the item on time, I now have to pay for the new ones shipping fee (originally had free delivery) so now I’m out an extra $20. THEN once my store credits available, I now have to pay shipping on ANOTHER ITEM and it just makes no sense even using girl math! I’m not stingy either when it comes to purchasing things; it’s about the principle of being accommodating and easy to work with when it comes to loyal customers. I’ve had a few people ask me about my experience with white fox and have a bachelorette trip with about 40 people going who were going to purchase from here. We’ve decided to take the business elsewhere indefinitely because of White Fox’s lack of customer service! Wouldn’t recommend at all until they change their ways and offer reasonable exchange policies.

First of all, way overpriced for the quality of the clothes. Secondly, TERRIBLE customer service. I have shopped with White Fox several times in the last year, and any time I return something I am waiting MONTHS for a refund. I have given them the benefit of the doubt the first few times but it has only gotten worse. They eventually only refund after I follow up 3 or 4 times. If I didnt email to ask where is my refund, they would never issue it, in the hopes that customers will forget about it. For this reason I will not be ordering again from White Fox as I am tired of the consistently bad customer service (which has only gotten worse since I started using them)

EXTREMELY poor customer service from White Fox Boutique. Do not order from them unless you want to risk losing your money.
My parcel was marked as delivered by Royal Mail but it was not delivered to my address. The proof of delivery photo clearly shows a different property, and I did not nominate for it to be left anywhere else. I never received the item.
Despite this, White Fox Boutique refused to provide a refund and repeatedly hid behind their “policy” that they do not refund parcels once they are marked as delivered. Instead, they only offered a replacement or store credit. This actually goes against consumer rights, but White Fox apparently believe that their policy overrides the law.
This is unacceptable when the parcel was clearly misdelivered and I have provided evidence that the delivery photo is not my home.
Customers should be aware that if your parcel goes missing or is delivered to the wrong address, this company may refuse to take responsibility and will push store credit instead of resolving the issue properly.
I have now had to escalate the matter through Klarna to try and recover my money.
Very disappointing and unhelpful customer support. Wouldn’t order from them again if you paid me.

I placed an order of a $174, i put in my new address , but for some reason it didn't take and it was going to my old address, i emailed the company 15 to 20 minutes after I noticed and had placed my order. Told him what happened and I was told I had to contact the shipping company because they can no longer change the address once the orders , placed, so I contacted the shipping company and they told me white fox had to fix my address. I then emailed them again and told them what the shipping company said.And they said , there's nothing they can do , and they're not liable for the address. So they get my hundred and seventy four dollars , and I get nothing.

It's been more than a month since I ordered, and the tracking has not been updated since February 5th, and they refuse to acknowledge the situation. No one answers the chat, they ignore most of my emails. They sent me one over two weeks ago stating they were going to "escalate" and "investigate further" but they have not reached out even when I replied asking if there has been any update. They keep giving me the runaround saying "PO Boxes take longer like around 12-15 days" but it's been LITERALLY A MONTH. The last thing they sent me was saying the order has already been dispatched, attached with the tracking link but helloooooo you can clearly see it has not moved since FEBRUARY 5TH!!! thats NOT normal. i'm so desperate and don't know what to freaking do 😭

I had an amazing experience with mia, she was able to address my concerns and resolve an issue due to a faulty item, i didnt have high expectations as i saw some poor comments on tiktok/ social media regarding white foxes customer service and poor replies/ un able to come to a resolution however my experience completely changed that and i am so thankful for it… makes me so much more confidence to continue ordering from the brand

Follow up on my original complaint. I emailed my credit card the tracking info and the emails from white fox showing the package was never delivered. In the meantime emailed them again asking to give proof for the delivery. I received a response from white fox that they could not help me unless I withdrew my dispute with the credit card company. Today I received an email from my credit card company closing my case and giving me my money back where they tried to charge me a second time for a sweatshirt I never received. Do not do business with this company!
