I would like to thank Herdip Khangura and the team at Whitegates for their excellent service. Herdip was professional, approachable, and always quick to respond to any queries throughout our tenancy. She was helpful, courteous, and worked hard to resolve issues whenever they arose.

Her communication was clear and efficient, making the whole experience much smoother and less stressful. I appreciate all the support and assistance provided and would not hesitate to recommend Whitegates to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agent.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!

I wish there was something lower than 1 star. Whitegates Wolverhampton is the very worst agency to rent from. They don't care about tenants and they connive with the landlords to include ridiculous clauses in the contracts, just so they can kick out unassuming tenants anytime they want. They DON'T respond to complaints and worst of all, no matter how hard you try to leave the house in good shape after moving out THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT.

It was a total wrong turn. Learn from my mistake, PLEASE.

Toilet was leaking and it took them over 6 months to fix. Ended up costing me about 200 quid when my water bill came through. Got no discount from my rent. Hot water stopped working on the 23rd December, didnt send anyone out unitl 30th December and all he did was reset the thermostat. Hot water went again lastnight. Honestly id avoid them. Communication is very poor on there end, they hassle and hound you for rent and rises but don't really care enough if you have issues.

It's been 17 months that the tenants left my property in a wreck.

I still haven't received my deposit . I've called and emailed Whitegates Wolverhampton branch and haven't had a response to when I will receive my deposit.

The DPS has no recollection of the deposit ever being put on their Deposit protection scheme. I've asked Perdip to look into this.

I'm just being ignored.
I will be making an official complaint to the property ombudsman because not only was my property neglected for years when The Letting Shop, now renamed Whitegates were supposed to have checked on it every 6 months. (later i removed this service, but by that time the property was already damaged).

Anyway, if I don't hear from you by next week I will take my case to the property Ombudsman.

BE AWARE! During my tenancy I did not have any issues and the people I dealt with were very polite and friendly.

Once my 12 month tenancy was over and the time came for the return of my deposit I was falsely accused of stealing the curtains and destroying the carpets, which is completely untrue and complete rubbish!
