Fantastic service from order to…
Fantastic service from order to delivery. Had to phone the office with an enquiry and the lady on the end of the phone was very helpful. WILL order again with no hesitation as the logs are perfect.

Very pleased
The premium hardwood inside the pallet is tightly packed and covered from rain and the pallet can be dismantled relatively easily with scissors and a hammer. Delivery was thoughtfully placed and the wood burns easily and lasts long. For the price there is a large quantity.

Easy to order and excellent customer…
Easy to order and excellent customer service from a phone call about delivery day, sadly despite their best endeavours the delivery was still made on the incorrect day which created a bit of a faff at this end, but that was I think entirely down to the courier company, not Whitehorse energy

Good except. Crate not full top layer of logs missing. Im sure they will say its settlement They used to turn up full but last 2 years top layer missing. No advanced delivery notice just turned up.

I have used White Horse Energy for logs before and once again prices were competitive and the volume on the pallet is very good. The ordering process online is easy, communication is good and delivery times are accurate. Also, the delivery drivers are always helpful and polite.

20 kilos bagged hardwood option
Delivered in a decent time frame with updates on shipping details helpful to organise storage space. Decent sized hardwood logs and consistent in size. Stocking up for the colder months ahead so as of yet still to burn but all nicely kiln dried, we purchased the bagged option to make movement easier, however very happy with quantity vs price and quality. Also delivery driver checked where to leave them prior to unloading.
