Adviced me to flexible but I had my own issues and so she helped a lot since I was not in a position to be flexible. I wish people were understanding and helpful like Rachel.

Excellent service from Jason, will definitely call him next time. Been booking flights for years and it’s usually a lot harder. I was asking quite a lot on the details of the flight, but Jason was persistent and got the flight, the times etc. just right.
