Jason was patient and thorough in finding me the best flight deals from Newcastle to Perth, Alice Springs and Adelaide. I honestly cannot fault the friendly service I received as I considered all of the options available. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision and this was one of the reasons I booked. There was no hard sell, just a wealth of knowledge and support which was all delivered in a friendly and professional manner. The booking was made without any fuss and was all done in a very timely manner. I was supplied with all of the information I needed to help me make the most informed decision. With her efforts she works diligently to secure flights for myself and my family at the best prices found, for 2 separate times and dates, for this year one at short notice. She arranged all E-tickets and scheduled all travel arrangements as if they were for herself. Care of the customer is above reproach. She put myself and my family in front of all and provided us care as if it was herself she was taking care off. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the help and assistance I received.
