Ironically, I received an email asking me to leave a review otherwise I likely would not have gone out of my way to do so.
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with White Pouches. I paid for an order that has still not been properly resolved, despite repeated attempts to contact the company over an extended period of time. Communication has been either ignored or severely lacking, with no meaningful updates, accountability or effort made to resolve the issue.
I have kept full records of my correspondence and attempted every reasonable avenue to obtain a response before leaving this review. The lack of customer support and failure to address the situation appropriately has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this business.

Products are good, i always had a lot of fun trying different pouches. Postage was always incredible fast, just a few days from Sweden to Australia. However when you run into issues with customs you are on your own. No refund. I lost the whole lot. What a shit experience...Check local regulations before ordering!
