Insane Duty charges
First off, I didn't realize the duty bill would be so horrendous! It was a quarter of my total bill! Secondly some of the flavors are too overpowering ! And I couldn't find Velo flavors i wanted. But I did get the product.

Terrible Quality, Dried Out Products, and Poor Storage – Avoid!
This was my first and absolute last time ordering from Whitepouches.com. I have been a loyal customer of Snuscore for years and always received top-notch, fresh products. Decided to give this site a try, and it was a massive mistake.
The delivery process was a nightmare, but worse than that is the product quality. The White Fox Peppered Mint cans I received were completely dry, entirely flavorless, and practically ancient. Checking the can, it was manufactured over 6 months ago! It is crystal clear that they have terrible storage conditions that ruin the products.
To make matters worse, when you complain, they expect you to deal with the hassle of returns, knowing that shipping back via UPS costs between $90 to $150 USD—which is ridiculous for a mistake that is entirely theirs.
Save your money and stick to trusted sites like Snuscore. This place delivers old, unusable stock and lacks basic quality control. Disastrous first impression.

We have been packing and sending the orders you have from Snuscore from the same warehouse the order from whitepouches. As we told you in mail last week the cans you have told us was bad has been refunded so you have never had to pay any return fee.
