Nicely laid out store, really helpful staff, quick and easy ordering process

Excellent product at a reasonable price. Whole process from ordering to delivery straightforward. The guy delivering went the extra mile to ensure he handed us our order - unlike some companies who just drop it on your doorstep and run- often not even ringing the door bell or knocking on the door. Yes Amazon I’m writing about you!

Parasol fine would have liked a cover for it but used my old one.

Recently ordered a set of Nova sunbed covers . The order was dispatched straight away , but was delayed by the courier, no fault of the company .
I contacted White Stores , who were amazing. They checked on my delivery daily and kept up updated , even to the point of delivery .

I've been looking for a white nutcracker for years. I finally found Otto and I am absolutely delighted! Great quality and very easy to assemble. I couldn't bear to put him away until Christmas so he already stands pride of place in my living room.

The lady i dealt with via customer services was fantastic, very very helpful, I couldn't have asked for more.

I ordered Leah corner unit, table,chair and bench for our new pergola. It was out of stock but was kept informed on new delivery status so I preordered and I received on my nominated delivery date. All good my husband assembled no issues and my set looks wonderful. Very nice quality.

from start to finish we were treated very well. informative helpful and efficient . we haven't actually unpacked the garden furniture yet but I trust it’s as good as this company is efficient. The store at White City, near Old Trafford is really well set up and Wado is incredibly helpful and a real asset to this company.
