I visited your store this morning for… cement and bricks
I visited your store this morning for some bricks and cement.
I couldn't find a small trolley for me to use so the wonderful Akib went and got one for me. He could see that I'm on walking sticks, so he very kindly assisted me with loading the trolley, taking it to the till, running my purchase and then loading it in my car. 10/10 customer service from Akib today! A credit to the store and a nice guy too!

After placing an online order
After placing an online order, then receiving the confirmation its ready, the staff called to say one item was out of stock and had an alternative for me in store. Ahmed, who has been consistently very helpful on previous occasions, not just got the alternative when I got there, but checked with me to make sure it was suitable. For the other items I wanted to pick up outside the online order, he correctly pointed me to the right ailse numbers, and anything I could not find, he checked their stock levels. His level of customer service is excellent, being calm, quick and efficient.

Ahmed was so friendly and helpful
Ahmed was so friendly and helpful. When I told him that my Uber driver was worried about me putting bags in the boot, he gave me a black bag which I was able to unfold and make the Uber Driver happy. Thank you very much Ahmed, your smiley nice attitude whenever I’ve come in makes me enjoy DIY.
