David Knock is a fantastic employee at this branch - super friendly, very helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. He’s helped me out with everything from peeling off decades of wallpaper to finding the right drain catcher. He’s also listened when I’m upset that my partner doesn’t rate my DIY skills (she thinks she’s much better at painting walls than I am and David commiserates)

Great Service
Top marks Wilkes Catford and Wilkie a manager there for handling my two queries a return and product search. DIY stores can sometimes be a bit female unfriendly this was a great experience.

great customer service
I called up the store extremely near to closing time and Ben kindly kept the store open for a few extra minutes enabling me to pick up an item to fulfil completing a project today. Quality service, and most appreciated.

Ben was Absolutely amazing
Ben was Absolutely amazing, helped me even though I didn’t finish the click and collect form he grabbed the toilet I needed and as I have a small new born he assisted me with putting in my car. What amazing customer service.
