Went to B&Q and couldn’t get out there quick enough… AGAIN. Staff are there to work for minimum wage and very miserable. Go to Wickes and it’s clear that everyone wants to not just work but to go that extra mile especially Hayley. Looked like she had a lot on her plate but that didn’t matter as her customer first mindset kicked in and helped me with a lot that I needed. Branch manager should be very proud. First class Wickes

Seriously poor customer service
Seriously poor customer service and a forthright sales assistant (Jan) pretending to be the Duty Manager because she has worked there for 18 years.
I requested a product and was informed that it was in stock before I made a special trip to collect the product (the sales assistant was advised of this). Unfortunately the sales assistant did not check the product correctly and when I arrived there we discovered that major parts of the product were missing. All they could do was provide a very insincere apology qualified by "what do you expect...." as if they had done nothing wrong.....!
