Gindy is a professional and lovely lady. Wickes is lucky to have her as her designs for both bathroom and kitchen were extremely well thought out and the designs fitted the character of the space. Thank you Gindy for coming out measuring up and designing beautiful bathroom and Kitchen.

Spoke to Gindy a few months ago regarding a bathroom & kitchen for a rental. Wanted something decent but affordable which she designed and re-designed a couple of times giving me a couple of prices to work with.

Service was great as was her knowledge of products will definitely be back for more and I've recommended her to friends for their future projects. Thankyou.

The staff at Wickes Dudley were fantastic in helping us out with donated items to refurbish our memorial gardens at the ambulance station.
All the products were of great quality and the staff were friendly and attentive :)

I love my new bathroom. Sitting down with Gindy, the design consultant, was relaxing and easy. She took time to explain the products and help guide me through the whole process.

Needed a kitchen planned and supplied for a rental property, luckily i had the help from Gindy, the design consultant, who couldn't have helped me more!
Got a great priced kitchen picked out that was within budget, but not cheap and flimsy, a durable kitchen planned out perfectly for the space I had. Gindy was fantastic, her customer service and knowledge was unmatched. On a personal level she's lovely, polite and nothing is too much for her to deal with. Great service from Gindy and will definitely ask for her for future projects.

Just to 'Thank' Gindy at the Dudley branch for all her help while planning our new bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble. She understood exactly what we needed and from the initial measure up to the planning she was lovely to deal with. A very professional and lovely lady.

I was with my 2 small children and one of the gents very quickly offered to help me as he could see I was struggling with large pots of paint. Even carried them out to the car and made sure they were safely loaded. Made the whole experience so much easier

I was looking for decking and didn’t really know what I was doing. Sean spent a lot of time with me and made sure I had what I needed and understood how to do it. Great service

We had our kitchen designed by Petra from Brierley Hill Wickes. She was helpful, listened and nothing was too much for her. We had a few issues with the installation and Petra sorted it all out which took the stress off us. We are very grateful and we can now enjoy our kitchen. Thank you Petra. Keith&Joyce

Great store, always plenty stock and the most friendliest staff I've seen in a DIY shop for some time!

I phoned up the store today & wanted a tub of marshmallow paint as I needed extra (I came in yesterday & they were out of stock)I was told there is 2 tubs in stock today,I travelled to the store to pick up a 2.5l tin but realised the price had gone up as I only paid £10 yesterday & now it's £14!.I spoke to a manager called Gurj I think to explain what's happened & without hesitation he reduced the tin to £10 which I really appreciated as I'm a pensioner & every penny counts!! So thank you to the young man

The designer I spoke to for advice on kitchen appliances, Gindy Singh, was very helpful and very informative.
She helped me work out which hob and oven was the best and most suitable for myself.
I will definitely be back when I am ready to order and get the installer set up.

Gindy listen to my needs and was very kind and treated me with respect.

Petra from Brierley hill store has been excellent. From helping me choose my kitchen, keeping me in the loop about everything and even after with aftercare. Her 22 years experience definitely shows.

Terrible experience continues!! I had all the wrong things Wickes sent stuck in my garage!! The kitchen design was wrong and looks awful!! The shop in Dudley sent the wrong orders for weeks , the salesman stop replying after things were wrong and didn’t take responsibility for the incorrect orders or design!! A dream we had with a new kitchen!! Now a nightmare with a huge debt for 3 years!!! Nobody responds and we were left with lots of rubbish and wrong units delivered in the house, rubbish in my garden! 0 warranty because they don’t even answer our calls!! We chose a big company to have backup but it has been worse so far!! They have a costumer experience number , which keeps calling taking the story but still sends the wrong things!! The kitchen was planned for a week and it has been 6!! Totally exhausting and just before Christmas!!

Wickes kitchen installation planned for 2 weeks took 17 weeks to complete. Total lack of ownership from wickes. More doors either incorrect size or damaged have been skipped than fitted within my property. Compensation offered £400, disgusting service. Only given 1 star because I can’t them a minus star!!!!!

Do not recommend to use them kitchen/bathroom installation services.
The store manager u..... s....... as well as the designer and fitter department.
Promises on promises nothing happend and we talking about weeks.
Head office also who you not able to deal with.
Our bathroom project already £-600 pound.
As long as you not pay they promise gold and diamond than as soon as you pay everyone dissapear and you hardly find your money back.Before you choose to buy from Wickes a new bathroom or kitchen project,go on Facebook Wickes Kitchen /Bathroom Horror group with more than 3k victim there is wrote down everything black and white.
Avoid at all costs!

Ordered a new kitchen, they had measured it incorrectly Andi had to call to ask for 2 smaller units. I was told that even tho it was their error I had to pay for the new units or they would not order them!! I paid almost £500 and have been trying to get my money back for almost 4 weeks, I have had a partial refund, but I don't see why I should be out of pocket for their error. I have emailed and called numerous occasions, promised callbacks that didn't happen and I have now been told that my complaint has been closed without my knowledge. I would not recommend Wickes as their new 'Customer Experience Team' are next to useless!!!
