A great big thankyou to Trevor who has been an amazing support in helping us to design our new bathroom.We felt he listened and understood what we wanted.Overall very postive experiance

I popped into your Kings Lynn Norfolk store today with my Son to price up the materials we are going to need replacing my garage flat roof boards and felt and we were assisted by a member of your staff inside named Sean who proved to be a great help to us as he was a roofer himself and understood and knew what we needed.

He knew we were not purchasing today but that made no difference to how we were treated and we left the store feeling more confident we could do a good job in May which is when we plan to start.

We will 100% be buying everything from there and having it delivered, and only for £4.00 which is fantastic value, so thank you again for your help and advice Sean, you are a credit to Wickes....see you in May.

We went to your store in kings Lynn and went to customer services were we met terrie I can only say what a great experience we found terrie friendly helpful and informative she understood our problem and escorted us to the isle we needed . And recommended a product an and a item we definitely wouldn’t have remembered she really is an asset to Wickes

I dealt with Sean at the King's lynn store and was truly happy to help. He saved me nearly £100 and gave advice on gardening 10/10 service would happily deal with again

My design consultant Emily fully understood my design requirements and financial situation.
My kitchen was delivered on time by very organised and respectful staff.
The fitter Steve was an absolute craftsman who got on with the job on time and in budget.

Neil HH helped us get laminate flooring, skirting boards and a few other things. He was a great help. He was patient with us and when we noticed it was close to closing time he kept saying it wasn't a problem and calmly took us through the process.

We attended the store to get a few bits to sort out the tiles etc for our bathroom and we where luck enough to bump into a gentleman called Sean on the shop floor. Omg I have never EVER received such polite and attentive service. We asked Sean a basic question of where is your bathroom 6mm backing board? And from then onwards we had literally a personalised tour of absolutely everything we needed and then some. No hard sell no sales pitch just raw honest service. His product knowledge was incredible and he gave lots of personal experiences which has made my job a down sight easier than I was expecting. When we went to the till I asked to speak to the manager who I didn't realise was serving us and he was just as amazing as Sean,which to me goes to show the amazing leadership of this gentleman. His service was also demonstrated through his staff I believe his name was Patrick? Sorry if it's wrong. But please give both the manager and Sean our deepest thanks and please give them both some kind of recognition as they have really set the bar for outstanding service!

Sahin was very thorough with his kitchen design and response to queries.
He is also polite and respectful.
Very nice person who knows his stuff.

Showroom staff not interested when I enquired about P shaped baths, just handed me a brochure and suggested that I booked an appointment.
This was a waste of time, as soon as I said that i did not have a budget of £8,000, and did not want the whole room gutted he was off. No useful advice, lasted about five minutes.

Lovely people, prompt and friendly service. Delivery not due yet so will update when we receive.
Such a shame. The Kings Lynn team were amazing and the delivery from store was great but the central warehouse was horrendous, incorrect information, partial delivery, rest was mysteriously lost and 4 weeks to get a refund

From the minute i walked through the door the staff were so helpful ( Trudy) and the guy on the till ( sorry forgot his name) they new where all the irems were that i wanted and nothing was to much trouble the staff are a credit to the company.

Fantastic service from Sean. Really helpful in his advice and customer service to ensure I made the right purchases for what we needed without buying excessive/unnecessary products, thank you.

We were investigating acoustic wall panels & had a number of questions as to best options & practice for fitting. Fortunately, we found Sean, who was brilliant - he could not have been more helpful & knowledgeable, with insights from his practical experiences of fixings, on both adhesives & screws.

From start to completion of our 2 renovations,kitchen & bathroom, Shar (Sahin) was excellent in his knowledge and expertise as well as being more than helpful and always went above & beyond to help us with both of the projects.
He made everything so straightforward for us , we couldn’t have done it without him and would highly recommend him to anyone starting a project.

I dealt with Sahin at the King's Lynn branch. He was so helpful, efficient and had great communication. Could not recommend enough, went above and beyond for our kitchen renovation. Very pleased!

I used Wickes to design and install my new kitchen. I would not hesitate to recommend Wickes. Wickes offered a professional and timely service throughout. I am absolutely delighted with the finished product.
