I visited Upper Wickham Wickes at Plumstead. I met Enim, one of the staff, he was pleasant, helpful, respectful and down to heart. I have never in my shopping experience received such an outstanding customer service, I was stranded, he left what he was doing to help me out with the materials I bought, came with me to the car to arrange and even helped to drop off the ones my car could not fit after closing hour.. Thank you so much Enim. I sincerely appreciate you and will definitely visit the store again . I am really impressed, honestly.
