Friendly and helpful, lady at the till was really kind and patient with my children.

We recently purchased a Kitchen from Wickes Pontefract,using our own fitter to install it .The designer came out and did a great job in the planning Due to the inevitable snags due to our old property,we where in contact with them on quite a few occasions.We have to say that the way they handelled our requests was exemplary. And so we can highly recommend Ben and Colin for the entire process ,from start to finish. Kudos to them both Many thanks Steve and Lynne

I use pontefract Wickes regularly. Debs is always polite and has general chit chat, very smiley and professional.

I recently visited Wickes in Pontefract and was blown away by the exceptional service I received from Deb. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help — going above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Deb is a true asset to the Wickes team, and her outstanding customer service made what could have been a stressful experience an absolute pleasure. I will definitely be returning, and I hope Deb gets the recognition she truly deserves!

Deb was amazing with us yesterday. We shop at wickes Pontefract regularly, we are self employed and Deb helped us activate a trades card.
Each time we go in to store Deb is always smiling always goes out of her way to say hello and have a chat with us.
Yesterday was busy on the tills and Deb had radioed for support on the tills. Unfortunately nobody responded to her instantly, but she calmly and confidently served each person quickly!

Visited the Wickes store pontefract over 2 days . Looking for certain things in store . Wanted a specific colour in paint but couldn’t see it in the sample colours on display . We was helped by assistant in store. Just want to give a thank you to Vikki as went out her way to help and we very satisfied customers .

The consultant came out on time, I met him for a follow up appointment in store to design the bathroom. Then nothing! He was supposed to email my quote over and he’s totally ignoring me. I have emailed him and called the store to chase up my quote. It’s been over two weeks and no reply. Total waste of my time I won’t be using Wicks for my bathroom that’s for sure

Needed some timber at short notice and Wickes Pontefract was the closest place with it in. Don’t use Wickes that much as it’s a 50 minute round trip, but needs must today. Plenty of stock, easy to find, and a superb service by Deb at the till. Super helpful in helping me set up a trade account so will come back more often. Thanks :)

Deb at Pontefract store was fantastic today, I haven't visited Wickes much in the past but due to the outstanding care, professional, courteous and genuinely happy to help attitude of Deb I will be visiting much more in the future... Even though it was busy, Deb took the time I needed to assess my needs and help me with my many purchases, she also explained the benefits of the member pro app and signed me up... As the cue if customers started, Deb requested a member of staff to come and help and Will arrived very promptly and speedily helped others as Deb helped me... The service and speed of the staff at Pontefract has amazed me today, all the while they smiled!!

Called at Wickes this morning and found everything I needed and the staff were so helpful especially the really nice lady on the checkout, Deb was so helpful and polite she was a credit to the store 10/10 for customer service. Will deffo be back

We're busy renovating a house and I'm in this Wickes around 9 or 10 times a week. The guys are all really friendly and helpful, but this time Deb has really gone above and beyond. She always makes time to chat and give advice and makes me feel like a valued customer. All the advice I have received off Deb for my renovation has been useful and I have been able to apply what I've learnt to make progress on my renovation! Thanks Deb! I always look forward to our chats!
