Wickes - Preston Reviews 

If minus stars could be awarded this would be ideal for this situation.
We foolishly allowed Wickes to carry out our kitchen project they assigned the fitter Ian Smith to do the job he said the work would take 7 to 10 days and could he begin on the 1st of September which he did.
What followed was a complete catalogue of disaster with job delays, not turning up with various excuses and general shoddy workmanship finally ,he just walked off the job citing a back injury.
Contacting Wickes has proven to be worst than useless basically no-one is interested emailing, countless phone calls all have been met with general disinterest and uncooperative responses.
It is outrageous behaviour which really needs to be brought to task we are left with an unfinished kitchen which is in a complete mess I am enraged and heartbroken .
Enough is enough the next step is legal action.

We met with staff member Gracie. Very helpful staff who went out of their way to help, very understanding, gave me ideas and when the niche item I needed wasn't there researched for me and told me where I could find it.

We chose our kitchen at Wickes Preston and were very pleased with the service we received from Adam Bowerman. Adam was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. He guided us every step of the way, took the time to understand what we wanted and made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I have completed two projects with Bita in Preston, and she is the best designer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is extremely patient, professional, and takes the time to explain every detail clearly. I’m very happy with her work and would highly recommend her to anyone. I have already recommended her to my friends in Blackburn as well!

The most helpful store. We asked for support with our small school to help revive it over the summer and we couldn’t believe what we were donated. We were able to do indoors and outdoors which we hadn’t expected. We can’t thank you enough for helping us

We would really like to thank Bita for her expertise, patience and help in designing our new kitchen, I know it wasnt straight forward or an easy design to do, but Bita's perseverance and understanding of our vision made it possible. We are really looking forward to making the design a reality and can't wait to have our beautiful kitchen installed in the new year.

We had our kitchen designed by Kimberly who produced a fantastic design. From the first consultation to the finished project Kimberly was absolutely amazing.
Carl and Adam our kitchen fitters were both very professional with great attention to detail. I would recommend this team who couldn't do enough for us. Great guys, and really funny which always helps.
Our experience was really fabulous. Well done everyone proud to have a wickes kitchen.

While I was on holiday, Kimberley was incredibly helpful in supporting my bathroom fitter, making sure everything ran smoothly. She was always quick to return calls and dealt with every query promptly and efficiently, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away.

Kimberley has such a positive, welcoming and inviting nature, and she is genuinely a lovely person to deal with. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and her friendly and professional approach made the whole experience so much easier.

She is a real credit to Wickes, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent customer service. Thank you, Kimberley, for going above and beyond!

Very pleased with my new kitchen from Wickes. The designer at the Preston store Kimberley was so helpful and professional. She met my brief perfectly, oversaw the order through to completion of the kitchen and responded promply to all communications, I cannot recommend the quality and service highly enough.

I had a bathroom fitted by Wickes about 4 years ago and i am now looking to extend the bathroom and want to continue the existing tiling, i called into Wickes to see if i could find the tiles (no luck unfortunately), i asked one the bathroom sales staff if she would mind helping me source them, the lady (Kimberley Balch) couldn't have been more helpful, asking other members of staff, finding my original order from 4 years ago to check the product details etc and then sending me some links for the product and offering follow up advice if needed, Kimberley is a credit to the Wickes team,very refreshing to meet someone like this.

From the first initial measure, through the whole process Kim at the Preston Wickes branch has been fantastic. She gave little personal touches thought out the process making what is a stressful thing to do exciting and more importantly eased us on any and all things to do with the design and purchasing of the kitchen at Wickes. I would say she made the experience effortless and couldn’t recommend her enough.

The kitchen itself is fantastic and fits perfectly with the house design, even though it’s a “cheaper” kitchen it’s certainly doesn’t feel like that.

Again I highly recommend Kim and her service for the kitchen design and purchasing.

We purchased a new kitchen from Wickes Preston and are delighted with the product , the design and the whole process. Special thanks to Kimberley Balch who was extremely helpful and responsive at all stages from the original design to the delivery stage. Any queries were quickly resolved and the finished kitchen looks great. Highly recommended.

Will H was superb who went out of his way to help us. We ordered some tiles which were delivered however I ordered one pack which was incorrect size. Change a single pack to correct size was not the issue, problem was finding the correct shade. Will went out of his way to help us.

Couldn't ask for better service from Gracie!!!!!! Came in one morning stressing about colours for my new home and she couldn't have been more helpful!! She put my mind at ease and was honest about the colour selection. And thanks to her my decorator is now painting my lounge and its looking fabulous 🥰 Thanks Gracie

As a Tradepro card holder I needed to find a solution to an issue, I could not find the item at all.
I knew what I needs, so I asked a staff member Hisham and he was spot on and sent me to the correct Aisle, where the item was.

Will is always so helpful from helping me find things to wheeling heavy goods out for me. Wickes Preston is a very friendly store which makes shopping there much nicer.

Came in today clueless about which plaster to buy. The workers were all great and helpful. Ended up that 25kg is what I needed but was finding it difficult to carry so Alistair stepped in to help and even got me a basket and then served me at the till so I was not waiting. Great service!
