I would like to thank Ray he talk to us very calm and friendly about are kitchen he was very helpful with getting the thing we would like in are new kitchen he walk round showing the thing we would be getting in are kitchen and advise us very well he was very professional.When ray came to are home he explained everthing that he was doing.

Just wanted to say a massive thanks to the lovely Kimberly in the Kitchen design team at Preston Wickes - what a true example of customer care & service.

She spent a thorough 2 hours with my daughter and I helping to create a beautiful kitchen for her very first home. She was knowledgeable, personable, kind and enthusiastic. She knew we had a very tight budget and worked to get us the best products at the best prices, advising where we could make savings and improve layout. Wickes is very lucky to have such a true professional working for them, she made the whole kitchen design process seemless and pleasurable, and we can’t recommend her enough if you are looking for a designer who cares about the client & the end result.

Miserable / grumpy lady staff at counter - all don’t want to be there. They should get training from B&Q.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Gillian Smithson of Wickes, Preston, for being so helpful and informative when we were making initial enquiries about our new kitchen. Gillian was very friendly and knowledgeable about our options and kindly arranged an appointment with a kitchen design expert to progress our ideas and designs. Her customer service was excellent and she is a credit to the team at the store.

Ray lythgoe was most helpful in coming to my house and design my new kitchen,it was a slick process from start to finish,Ian ,the kitchen fitter was excellent,very experienced and knowledgeable,he left no mess and ensured I could use my appliances everyday,I would highly recommend wickes for a new kitchen,

Ive been to wickes twice now and both times ive had the joy of having kim take on my bathroom design. She was fantastic and new how to make it look to our requirements. She helped out at any possibility and didnt push anything.
She appointed nick and his team as the bathroom fitters who did a great job answering any queries and asking ourselves questions on how we wanting things or recommendations on modifications to the design and especially installing the painful job of herringbone tiles. The finish has been fantastic and will definitly use all of them again.

We visited Wickes Preston and met Kim who was very helpful on the bathroom and kitchen department. We were given a comprehensive brochure and shown some examples of the different ranges in-store.
A week later we went back to visit Kim armed with our requirements and she facilitated our ideas with ease,knowledge and professionalism, so that we could order our new bathroom.

Kim was great from the initial design consultation until the very end when she came to collect surplus tiles to refund them for us! The delivery was mixed at first but it was resolved quickly and didn't affect the original timescale of the bathroom fitting. All of the fitters from JQ Plumbing and heating were excellent, polite left the area they worked in each day clean and tidy, I can't really fault anything other than the initial delivery issue but feel it would be harsh to give 4 stars.

Our kitchen was designed by Neil Wadsworth at the Preston store. Neil has lots of industry experience and came up with a great design. His after sales support was excellent and we are extremely happy with our finished kitchen.
