Wickes - Stafford Reviews 

As part of my major home renovations, I visited Wickes Stafford on Sunday 1st Nov with a list of 13 items I needed.

Unfortunately, most of the items weren't on display shelves, largely due to the ongoing issue of theft. However, this didn't faze one of your assistants, Dylan.

I explained what I was looking for, and Dylan not only took all the stock codes but went out of his way to locate every single item for me.

What a credit to your team! Dylan was friendly, polite, enthusiastic and genuinely happy to help. It was also clear that he enjoys his job, which made the whole experience even more pleasant.

To top it all off, Dylan also signed me up to the TradePro app.

Well done, Wickes Stafford! Employees like Dylan are a real asset to your business. It's this level of customer service that makes Wickes stand out and keeps it my first choice.

We met with Deb at the Stafford Store and she was great! Started with a cuppa and biscuits which is always the best way to start. Had a kitchen designed and installed in 2018 and we wanted to complete an awkward corner. Deb managed to find our previous design and fill in the gap. We're really happy with her ideas and expertise, very efficient and she helped us get the most cost effective design. Would highly recommend!

​I booked a one-hour online appointment with Wickes and met with design consultant Deb Mason. The very next day, she visited our home to take precise measurements and discuss our ideas. Just three days later, we returned to Wickes, where Deb presented a 3D software-aided design layout. This allowed us to view both the technical details and a realistic preview of our new bathroom based on our discussion.
​The entire process was seamless, quick, and stress-free. Deb was extremely professional and guided us every step of the way. By the end of our appointment, our bathroom was ordered with complete confidence. We highly recommend Wickes of Stafford!

I just moved into a new house and needed a new bathroom, Deb Mason arrived and measured up, a few days later we met at Wickes in Stafford and Deb showed me her design, I loved it. All sorted in less than an hour. 5*service, thanks Deb :)

Deb, the kitchen designer we saw, was very knowledgeable and quickly put together the CAD design for our plans. Deb was able to advise us on the areas we had questions and provided us with good options where needed.

The design consultant Deb was very personable and made helpful bathroom design suggestions. She listened and responded to our feedback and preferences. The range of design and fittings options was good and the design software worked well and provided adequate representations of the plan. Pricing was detailed clear and transparent. Discussion on range finance options were helpful. There was never any pressure to make a decision there and then. A fuller range of colour options in the showroom would have helped our decion making. The visualisation tech is looking very dated now and needs investment. Could recommend Wickes for anyone seeking a quote on a midrange bathroom with a good product and price range.

Visited wickes on two occasions, firstly to look at kitchen units, attended to by Deb Mason, excellent service, easy to relay our ideas, she bought up the plans and costed out the units for us to take home , the second trip was to order, Deb very kindly fitted us in her very busy schedule to go through the plans, chopping and changing different units, which was all done with a joke and a smile, she was extremely helpful, very thorough and made the decision for us very easy, Gold Star Deb ( even if you were really wanting to pull your hair out ) Thanks again .

I had a home visit from Deb Mason to measure up my bathroom and followed her back to Stafford store. She was so very helpful. I had already picked the units I wanted, and Deb advised me on details that I hadn’t thought about and printed off a computer image. Excellent service, lovely lady and I would definitely recommend.

Went in completely unsure of what appliance I needed and was lucky enough to be helped by one of your staff deb, what a breath of fresh air, no hard sales tactics she just spent time going through each one till we found the one that suited us, she was professional, friendly and is an absolute credit to your company and I hope you realise what a gem youve got, I can't recommend her enough, thank you deb we really appreciated all your help and hope to see you again

From my first meeting with Deb Mason in Wickes Stafford, it was obvious she had excellent experience of the products.
For the free design service, she was on time, professional, answering all questions and offering constructive advice.
For the in-store 360° tour, she made sure I understood all details, showing me every item and options for everything to be included in the kitchen design.
Showing me how different alternatives looked. Finally printing off colour 3D details of all equipment, including full dimensions details for reference.
I felt we acted like a team together and she made me feel comfortable.
In one word it was Excellent and I thank you.

Just wanted to say thanks for the team at Stafford for going the extra mile and arranging for one of the staff to drop off my delivery after the currier failed at the weekend - wouldn’t get that kind of service from B&Q that’s for sure

Excellent service received today in the kitchen planning department at the Stafford store. Deb Mason was very knowledgeable and helped to bring our ideas to life, talking us through the options and patiently working with us to get it just right - would definitely recommend.

I went in representing Gnosall Men's Shed and asked for a donation of a belt sander, they were only too keen to help and also threw in a bix of assorted sanding belts. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. As a small community group we rely on donations so to get this sander was amazing and will allow us to provide better quality community projects going forward.

We’ve spent almost a year trying to choose a kitchen. The one big stumbling block was working out how to project manage the whole thing, at what point do we have to remove old units, flooring, re-plastering and painting walls, put down new flooring before the new kitchen was installed? So we were delighted (and very relieved) when Deb came to measure our kitchen to be told that Wickes would deal with everything. From the moment we agreed, everything would be taken care of. Not only that, but Deb spent an hour in our house not only measuring, but offering suggestions to satisfy our needs. No question was too silly, she listened to us, and helped us design the kitchen we needed. Then, on a later visit to the store, we spent another two hours looking at designs, appliances, sinks, taps, door handles and flooring. Suggestions were added, deleted, and added for a second time. Again, her time wasn’t an issue, no question was too stupid, every suggestion from us, and Deb, was carefully considered. Eventually we agreed on the kitchen we really wanted and with current Wickes’ offers and discounts came in just under our budget too. We can’t thank Deb enough for her time, patience and expertise in helping us design and choose our kitchen. A stress free and enjoyable experience.

We were absolutely delighted, start to finish, with the assistance given us by Deb Mason. She had brilliant knowledge of the products, gave great advice, accurately measured everything and made suitable adjustments. Nothing was too much trouble for her, her wonderful, warm personality shone through and we were left with a lovely feeling of being helped, rather than being sold to. Couldn’t praise her more highly.
