Do not honour warranty
I'm very sad to have given this review as I've had 3 projects with Wickes
My kitchen doors are bubbling at bottom and I have got guarantee left.
After a rude representative and a very cold reply by Adam I would never go to Wickes again.
I was told today by Adam that the kitchen has been discontinued and they can not replace the door. Which is a clear lie and they are selling the bespoke sofia graphite range online
I spoke to rosy today in customer services and she sed he has got it wrong and go in to store for the door.
They clearly do not want to help and made an excuse to brush me off. I can't even get the graphite colour door from anywhere.
I would not waste my money and shop with wickes anymore. All the horror stories are true I'm afraid and do not waste your time or money with them
I will update this review if they do care to help or sort this mess out
Do not waste your money stay away
They have replied but no message has been sent on trust pilot. I have sent another email and will update accordingly.

5 star customer service by Shelley
Went in today to look at kitchens as we have a home appt this week. A lovely lady Shelley helped us so much in answering all our questions and even gave us ideas and answered questions we didnt even have yet. Left the store today feeling less stressed about our kitchen reno and now looking forward to it.

Great Customer Service from Neil
I received fantastic customer service from Neil at Wickes Stirchley. He was so kind, knowledgable and helpful. He gave me useful tips and suggestions about the MDF board I was purchasing and how I can safely cut them.
Neil was a pleasure to speak with and is a credit to the Wickes team!

Took marking event day
Attended the took marking event today, CT1 gave great demos and examples, select DNA had great products and knowledge, Fix Radio were very engaging, funny and friendly and my only negative point was On The Tools, there was no acknowledgment to the customers and just spoke amongst themselves but overall, it was a great event, would love to see more!

Great help
I was having problems with customer services and called into the Stirchley branch for some advice. A lovely lady called Shelly went above and beyond in sorting out the issue and arranging a replacement item for me.i am really thankful for the help she gave. I would highly recommend this branch.
