Mr Thanim has been absolutely helpful and professional. He accommodated us and suggested us the best possible Kitchen we could fit within reasonable price. He came on site for the measurements then visited the site again while the kitchen was being built just to ensure that everything is as per plan. Very many thanks, Thanim.

Great job done by the Wimbledon Wickes branch. Tahir Younes was a fantastic help with design and general information. Bill Goodyear and his team did a great job with installing my new kitchen. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Well done guys and thank you for a great job.

I was very impressed by the helpfulness of Abdi Kunle recently when visiting the Wimbledon store. He went to big effort (behind the plastic storeroom doors) to locate heavy sacks of gritting salt & load them into my boot for me. Thank you!

I have just had two bathrooms renovated using Wickes. The whole process from start to finish has been superb. The designer assigned to me was Thanim Malique who was excellent. His ideas and suggestions were very helpful and he guided me through every step. The installation process was smooth, keeping to the agreed timetable. The installers were skilled craftsmen, tidied up each day and we were happy to trust them with our home. The overall finish was excellent.

I needed to change bathroom into a shower room, a friend recommended Thanim at Wickes in Wimbledon. In fear and trepidation I approached him and can honestly say he was so very reassuring every step of the way. He really knew his products without being ‘pushy’ and Wickes delivered everything according to plan. The fitters worked tirelessly, arriving on time and even managed to finish the job within the allocated time slot in spite of extra work due to ancient plaster/pipes in my home.

Our kitchen is perfect which was designed by Thanim Malique from the Wimbledon store who helped us achieve our dream kitchen. The job was done in quick time with no delays and and we are very happy with the overall finish. We felt that Thanim listened to us and was always at hand to answer our phone calls when we had questions.

All the staff at Wickes Wimbledon are always really friendly and helpful and Ross went out if his way to help me today. It was much appreciated. A great team.

I was very impressed with Tahir Younes, the designer at Wickes (Wimbledon branch) who designed my kitchen. On request, Tahir came immediately to my home and measured up my kitchen. He consulted me on what I wanted done in my kitchen before he went away to design it. Within a couple of days he had my design ready for me to peruse. We made some changes and then I ordered my items in a week.
I am very impressed with Wickes professionalism and customer service I experienced, as well as their delivery service. Wickes delivered on the date they advised. I ordered more items to my initial order and Wickes delivered these in a week.
The quality of Wickes kitchen exceeded my expectation and I can't believe how fantastic my kitchen is looking. This is due to the careful planning, exceptional designing and dedication Tahir Younes ensured, in dealing with my kitchen. I keep pinching myself to believe this is my kitchen for real. It looks like a kitchen in a showroom.

You will also need a good fitter/builder to install your kitchen to create the show room kitchen effect as well. My builder is still doing more finishing touches to make it look sensational.

Thanim has been an absolute legend. From our first meeting to installation, returns, etc he has walked through the journey. Must say our kitchen looks marvelous! Thank you Thanim.

I was in Wimbledon branch today unfortunately my receipt has got wet so was not legible. However the young lady behind the counter did not want to help me was not interested. I’ve used this branch for over 15 years. They recognise me and know exactly who I am, but was basically unwilling to help.

Our school was supported by Wickes, Wimbledon as part of their Community Programme and could not have been more generous, kind or helpful. They donated a new staffroom kitchen to our school free of charge, were brilliant to deal with at every stage and provided a really high-quality kitchen for us to use.
Our school community has benefitted immensely from their kindness and support.

Wow, I cannot praise Wickes enough for their kindness and generosity for my children's school. Through their community programme they donated kitchen cabinets, countertops and so much more so that the staff kitchen could be fully refitted.

Everyone is delighted with the new kitchen, the quality is superb!

We are a school based in Wimbledon and Wickes Community Programme donated as a full kitchen including everything that we needed. As a school money are always short and £2000 for a new kitchen wasn't in the books, but Wickes made it happen by donating the kitchen to as what made out staff very very happy. I have just recently had a new full fit bathroom fitted including floor tiles ,wall tiles ,shower, bath,sink, and toilet.Wicks have been an excellent example of customer service attention to detail from my first approach to the last.
Tahir who helped to design and give the original quotes was very friendly and listened to our needs.The installation went as planned and completed exactly on schedual.For my liking exactly what I want on job like this.Any issues were handled efficiently ,and were swifly dealt with.I am really delighted with the service, communications,and final outcome.My Bathroom is a delight to use.Thank you all at the Wicks team

The experience was so disappointing. The lady was ment to arrive at 15:30 she called to say she was lost at 16:00 I then called her at 16:30 to find out where she was. She told me she was parking the car I waited and waited I keeps calling her no reply. Eventually I gave up waiting and left the apartment at 17:30. I haven’t heard Ron her since. No apology no text nothing. Such rude service.
