I was having issues about plumbing and it was resolved in a short time. Was very busy and manjit went to help me.

I visited Wickes today to place a Click & Collect order. I wasn’t completely sure how to do it myself, and I also wanted to use my gift vouchers as payment. One of the lovely staff members name “SAT” helped me through the whole process. He was very supportive, patient, and made me feel like a valued customer. This is my third visit to Wickes, and he even recognised me, which was a really nice touch. I received fantastic customer service today.

Went to this store today to buy some paving slabs (600 x 600), which were very heavy. Josh, one of the store assistants loaded these onto a truck and followed me to the till to pay. After i has paid he offered to load them into my car boot which was very helpful. Certainly a five star customer experience. Thanks to Josh.

We went to the Wolverhampton store with a rough idea of what we needed.
We needed some materials delivered as there was too much for us to take.
We had no idea about the process, so we sought help - and we were really pleased we did! We found an excellent member of staff.
SAT helped us immensely!
He talked us through the process, checked with us several times to ensure the correct materials were ordered.
Sat found us the best deals, saved us some money and ensured we had a contact number in case issues arose.

First of all I would like to mention how amazing Aisha was when we came in for our appointment. I was very confused and not sure about what I wanted Aisha helped guide us and direct us through the choices and options within our budget. Her customer service skills are immaculate and cannot fault her at all, if anyone is looking to buy a kitchen from wickes make sure to book yourself in with Aisha she’s absolutely amazing and such a beautiful soul. Manjit and her other colleague were patient in dealing with my request to swap paint over as part of a promotion which was great as they were already dealing with other challenging interactions to nicely put it before myself.

I’ve been into Wickes several times now, and every visit I’ve received outstanding help from Sat. As someone who’s been doing a lot of home renovation, I was often unsure which products I needed, but Sat has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to explain everything clearly.

Every time I’ve come into the store, he’s greeted me with a smile, asked what I was trying to achieve, and guided me to exactly what I needed. Nothing has ever seemed too much trouble for him. His advice has genuinely saved me time, money, and a lot of frustration.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I actually told Sat that I wanted to leave one because the level of customer service he’s given me has been exceptional on every single visit, not just a one-off. He is a real credit to Wickes and a valuable asset to the company.

I came to Wickes Wolverhampton and manjit asked if i had a trade card. She could see i was in the trade. I didn’t have one and have been shopping at the store for a while. Im always in a hurry so don’t have the time to chat. She quickly signed me up. And explained the benefits and helped me get the app on my phone & showed me hie to use. Great experience thank you
