Collection very good, no waiting, Ian who dealt with order was very pleasant and helpful.

We approached Wickes at Perry Barr to support or Forest School projects, we are created areas within our school grounds. We have been given products to support the development through their community fund. We had a great experience, thank you for your support.

Kevin offered great advice on product selection & very helpful.

Bought some tile adhesive and wasn’t sure about some other products but the lovely Jake helped us no end!! He was very professional and extremely helpful, so want to say thank you so much Jake 😀

Popped into get some paint early one morning last week . Sophie was on the tills and checked I had everything i needed. Very friendly snd will be back.

Needed help with finding radiator and interior wood paint and also plastic strip for covering cables and had no clue where to look. A gentleman called Sham was working nearby so asked for his help. He was so quick in finding these things for us and made our visit stress free. Brilliant kind service.

Went to the Dartford branch for cobblestones for my garden. A member of staff called Frank was fantastic. He helped me load the bags on a trolley & came out to my car as they were really heavy. So grateful to Frank as it only took me 10 mins to get exactly what I wanted, thank you.

As usual, great service and decent prices. Member of staff Anne looked after me today, very pleasant and helpful.

The appointment system was easy. When we arrived at the Clifton store we received a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Molly was amazing and looked after us, She is very knowledgeable and guided us through the process. She was attentive and generated 3D imaging showing the different options of how our kitchen would look. This was extremely helpful. We were concerned the day after about the measurements we had given to her. We needn't have worried as Molly came out and checked everything for us. Just sitting back now and waiting for the delivery.

I purchased 12 x 300 x 600 tiles, they were so heavy. A Staff member named Lewis, very young man volunteered to select the items and loaded them into my vehicle. He was very sincere, helpful and cooperative. I will visit Wicks at the Sutton, Kimpton Branch again. Overall the staff are all very helpful.

I had a really positive experience with Sultan at Wickes. From the start, he listened carefully to my requirements, understood the issues ie I really disliked current kitchen and wanted more cupboard space utilising unused areas, and created a compact kitchen design that makes excellent use of the available space. He provided great advice on materials and appliance sizes, which was invaluable. Sultan worked closely with my excellent building team, both he and Asif were very helpful with on-site purchases and responded quickly to any queries or supplier issues (not Wickes’ fault). The result is a fantastic kitchen that is both practical and stylish—I’m over the moon with it and friends and family love it too. I would highly recommend Sultan and Wickes.

After 8 gruelling months of dealing with our insurance company, Bethany Pender at the Plymouth branch, made the process of buying and designing a new kitchen easy and stress free!
She was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process and gave us some great ideas to make the best use of our space.
We have already recommended her to friends and family!

I wish that I had read these reviews prior to ordering from Wickes. This month alone so many delivery complaints!! I waited in for 3 hours ( time slot by City sprints) . Then got a text in the last hour stating that delivery issue and goods returned back to store. Customer service was useless. Spoke to a manager from Dorking branch who basically was making lame excuses for this. Totally unacceptable and inefficient. It appears a common complaint ( I gave up reading after 15 similar complaints this month alone). The replies from customer services also seem lame. Let's see what happens now as I've requested the store manager to contact me tomorrow first thing. I agreed reluctantly to a delivery tomorrow but will not be taking another day off so will discuss tomorrow with the manager, if he rings that the delivery driver should ring half hour before delivering. I'll update.

Update: so the Wickes manager didn't ring, I rang him and he assured me that the order would arrive latest by 10.30 am. Informed me that the app of City sprints didn't work and gave all customers a slot of 1500-1900 hours which wasn't accurate. The order arrived at 11.15 am. On the whole I'm really disappointed in Wickes.

I had a great experience with Adam McNamara during the kitchen design and supply home visit. He was friendly, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. He explained everything clearly and came up with some great ideas for the space. I never felt rushed, and his knowledge and attention to detail were excellent. Highly recommend Adam McNamara – thank you!
