I ordered candles from this company on 20th November. I received an order acknowledgement and have heard nothing since. I have emailed twice as the telephone number on their site is not a phone line that is in operation.
A really poor service.

Ordered 2x Frosty the Snowman candles
Ordered 2x Frosty the Snowman candles, they took payment for both of these orders.
They have delivered 1 despite several emails regarding the remainder of my order no response. The telephone number on website is also dead.
This company are a scam do not order!

Appaling company
Appaling company. It must be a scam. Ordered early November for a birthday, having seen an ad on Instagram. Took the money and not heard from them since despite chasing and chasing. Birthday has been and gone, had to buy another gift from elsewhere. Still no sign of the candles I ordered.
I wish I'd read the recent reviews before I ordered. Only 1 response to a negative review, must be a scam

There has been a huge delay in delivery rates from Royal Mail recently and as a response, we've changed all of our default shipping to first class tracked. We've also implemented a new shipping system in our head office so all orders are now being sent either same day or the following day.

Will be ordering again.
Nothing bad to say really. Delivery was packaged well and the candles are burning longer than the box standard tea lights you buy from the shop so all in all, I am happy with the service and the product and would order again.

I am always pleased with my purchases…
I am always pleased with my purchases from your company but my last order was short as I had ordered a double quantity of tea lights and only received one.
I emailed and received an apology and was told the rest of the order would be dispatched immediately. Since then I have heard nothing.

Candles are lovely, but I didn't read the measurements and was surprised at how tiny these 'pillar candles' are .. make sure you don't expect large candles

Do not use, they are a scam
Really horrible experience. Waited around 4-5 months for my package to never arrive - after this time, sent follow-up emails requesting a refund which were all completely ignored. In the end, had to go through resolution centre to get my money back legally, but it was a long process. Use someone else.
