Shoes still haven’t arrived one week…
Shoes still haven’t arrived one week after delivery due date. Royal Mail link still says they’ve arrived at my local depot. I’ve told Wide Fit Shoes that this has happened and while I initially received a response from them straight away, all I’m now getting are customer satisfaction emails and texts. I’m not satisfied!

Great service, the shoes were delivered promptly and it was great to have some good fitting shoes for a change instead of having to by a pair to large to actually get the right width.

I ordered and paid for 3 pairs of shoes for my Mum. Wide fit shoes charged me £9.99 delivery. They contacted me the next day to say that 2 pairs were not in stock and offered me 2 random pairs as alternatives. I politely declined and was eventually refunded for them. I had to challenge for my overinflated delivery charge refund. I’ve sent numerous emails requesting a refund for for the 3rd pair that never arrived. I still haven’t received the refund or any acknowledgment from company that the 3rd pair were never delivered nor refunded. I haven’t had any communication with a human- only an AI Robot. Run by AI apparently. Total fiasco! Please Widefit, refund me for the 3rd pair of shoes that that I paid for and never received!
Order number 188956 ( as the email address you kindly asked me to contact you on is “prohibited” and non-contactable! Seriously, AI is a poor substitute for human contact and business! First & last time for me!!!

Dellivery process wad good, but whilst the irunner walking boots are ok, they are not actuallydesigned for anything but walking man made paths and are a little narrower than my DB shoes walking boots which aremuch better

The boots arrived promptly (earlier than predicted). Which is always nice.
The boots are a good fit and comfortable, the size guide on the page I ordered from, did prompt me to remeasure my feet , which actually made me order the width down from what I'd been looking at.
