Very happy with wide fit trainers
The trainers are very roomy at the front. I broke my little toe, which has healed badly, so I now need a wider fit, and these New Balance trainers feel good but, importantly, also don’t look unusual.

Service is excellent
I can't fault the service. I ordered two pairs of shoes. They arrived promptly with clear instructions for return. And I was promptly refunded when I did return them.
The problem (in my case at least) is the shoes. They are good quality, but they don't fit. Like many "wide" shoes, they are wide enough at the front of the forefoot (just), but they then narrow in the toe box. And the whole geometry of the shoes is a bit odd. Maybe that's just my feet, but I did manage to find some shoes elsewhere that fit them :-).

Disappointing service
They sent entirely the wrong size slippers and when I checked they no longer had my size in stock. I saw another style in my size which were cheaper but was told they wouldn't exchange the slippers and just refund the difference I would have to return the first pair and wait for a refund.
