Avoid Wiggle to improve your life

Paid for Wiggle+ circa January 2023 but it seems the company picks and chooses when express delivery is available whenever they like. This not being available on holidays is understandable but then they choose to turn it off for me when they say they are doing maintenance on their website.

So what did I pay £9.99 for if you chose to switch it off and not provide me any form of compensation? None you provided me when I enquired as you said I ordered when it was switched off for everybody.

Aside from the new website problems, which is an extremely long list, there are also delivery delays constantly for every order, problems with the gift vouchers my work colleague sent to me and poor quality products which need to be sent back by me travelling to a shop miles from my house to post the item back and then wait days sometimes even weeks for the refund to be processed.

Your new and "improved" website is truly a downgrade from the old 1 and do not see how this got the green light to be passed as ready to launch with its 100+ existing problems.

I don't care about my Platinum loyalty status for my account anymore. Done with Wiggle and will warn everybody I talk to to do the same.

Wiggle is so bad right now at serving its customers it does not deserve to earn any money until it fixes its problems which never seem to end

We're sorry that your Wiggle+ subscription isn't currently working, and you have been unable to benefit from the subscription that you have paid for. We have been made aware of a couple of accounts that Wiggle+ isn't currently working on, however, this has been confirmed to have been fixed, so Wiggle+ should now appear in your account.

If you can update your review with the order number that did not benefit from Wiggle+ we'll be more than happy to look into what has happened here.

We're actively working on site improvements to enhance your shopping experience, and we are also working with our couriers to ensure that we can deliver on time.

Never had a problem with any order

Great is a bit of an overstatement. However, I placed my order, and it arrived, safely, in full with no mistakes at a price I am happy with.
So I suppose if you think that is great .... well that's Great.

The products I got were exactly what I…

The products I got were exactly what I wanted. The only issue I have is that Wiggle has removed the $NZ translation and the purchase was in $US. Even though I tried to change t to $AU earlier the website keeps reverting back to $US.

Timely delivery and proper package

The order was delivered ahead of the expected time despite of announced delay due to the timing towards the end of the year. The package was included in a box and the pieces of clothing packed individually in plastic bags so they arrived clean and neat.

Always out of stock

Wiggle is becoming more a click bait website. Very fast to come up in search engines and provide links to products but these are frequiently encountered with a out of stock message.

Super frustrating.
