got refund but had to negotiate...
1 item out of 4 was incorrect (wrong flavour of energy bars).
Late delivery (1 day later then planned although express paid)
Wiggle initial proposal to keep wrong item and refund shipping was incorrect and lack of respect (15 € voucher for a total problem of 38 €).
Finally send back the wrong item (pending reimbursement) and got shipping cost refunded.
Managed to go through it but I was expecting a fair proposal from day 1. a bit disappointed, and will remain vigilant.
Still buying from wiggle.

Good choice and prices but ...
Lots of things for good prices. Quick delivery.
However, I received an half opened box with (fortunately) everything I had ordered. Don't know if I should blame Wiggle or customs for this one.
I find it difficult in some categories to find what I want due to the lack of filters (hub dimensions, for instance)

Simply very good and easy
Simply very good and easy. Super convenient and large choices. Maybe some of the sizing information can be better for clothes in general.
Further I do feel sorry for local retailers. I have a passion for passionate cycling stores and you sometimes miss the customer intimacy .
