Your order was despatched from us on 15/04 with an estimated delivery within 8-10 working days from despatch. The majority of orders are delivered within this time frame but there is the odd exception where delays can occur due to external factors that can’t always be controlled. Please also bear in mind that the tracking will not update until the parcel has cleared customs when it will be handed to the local postal service to complete the last part of the journey to you.
We'll contact the courier service to investigate further and we'll get in touch with you by email once we have an update.
