I have ordered from Wiggle for years! And up until now I've never had a problem. I placed an order 18th October 2024 and it still hasn't arrived, I cannot get through to anyone at Wiggle, the Web chat just says my order has been processed and I cannot get any further as they end the chat saying I've reached the max waiting limit as they are extremely busy, I've sent emails and again they say they are extremely busy but not to worry! So no idea where my order is and it was a lot of money, I won't be using Wiggle again

Sinds Brexit gaan de zendingen retour. De klantenservice doet geen moeite voor je.
Shipments do not arrive anymore. I am, or rather, was a returning customer and did not change address. 'Customer Service' did no effort whatsoever to check what went wrong and certainky didnot try to get the shipment to me.

Bought the shoes on 1/7, never received, had to contact Wiggle several times without any meaningful follow up. Awaiting their cancelling my order.
Don't please don't buy anything!
The one star that I gave wiggle is 1 to many. Boy that service is bad!!! Don't buy anything at this store only if you live in a village next to this place. I am waiting on a package that is send on june 2th. And today 1th of july still no delivery! Even contacted the helpdesk but they wont do anything about it and revused to do something. So bottom line, DON'T BUY ANYTHING!

I ordered an item 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received it. I frequently order items from the UK to be delivered n the Netherlands and it never takes more than 3 business days. After asking questions, I got a lousy response that the status just on the track&trace just changed. They didn't see that it was updated with the exacatly the same status. Wiggle is pointing to Parcelforce and Parcelforce is pointing at GLS. I expect Wiggle to take responsibility and take action to find out why the item is delayed and to make sure it gets delivered!
Absolutely horrific website
Absolutely horrific website. Bought an expensive wetsuit, broke down after 2 swims, and have been contacting them almost daily for 2 weeks to arrange a new one. Horrific process. Please do not buy any items here as it will be the biggest headache when you need to return it. I wish I paid more and just got it from Amazon or in a store which offers normal returns. Avoid at all cost.

There seems to be a problem to deliver an order. Twice nothing came. Not even with DHL. This gives you a lot of hassle as a customer.

The order was completely messed up by Wiggle - it was never sent while the status showed as delivered. Apparently Wiggle decided to cancel my order without telling me.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience! My order was shipped, two extra charges were made on the day it should have arrived, my order was subsequently cancelled and returned to wiggle and wiggle only refunded my initial purchase, NOT the two extra charges, what the hell!!!!!!!!
