Communication fails made me unhappy
Due to the Corona and Brexit issue's my order finally arrived after 3 weeks. Nowhere on their site or app could I read about the status of my order. Track and trace was confusing as hell and gave no mention of my order. Out of the blue they refunded my shipping costs, which at first glance one would think sounds sympathetic if delivery takes very long. But by that time I was even wondering whether I would receive my order at all... So why not send them an email?.....well; try finding an email address on their site to send your questions to. No such luck. All I could do is have more patience..... Thank god all is well now. And I can say: this product is EXCELLENT!! It is all what they claim it to be online. The reason I only give 3 stars has to do with the lack of communication that came with this order. Get that in check and I'll gladly shop here again

I ordered two cycling tights
I ordered two cycling tights. One gore wear C3 thermo. This one is okay. Not exactly what I presumed for thermo but it will do.
The other one castelli velossimo 4 tight did not have a padding. Is says cycling tight and in which weather conditions and when I looked afterwards there is a little box that says ‘no padding’. In my opinion that is not a cycling tight. So I had to send it back. Check all de boxes or please mention it directly under the explanation.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I paid extra to get my order before the weekend. However, there seemed to be a problem with the address so it wasn’t. Can happen, so I send a mail to customer service a few times and every time they told me they contacted the transporter, and told me to wait a few days. After a while I contacted the delivery company myself, and it appeared they weren’t contacted at all by Wiggle. It seemed GLS didn’t deliver to a mailbox so the problem could be solved by Wiggle by one phonecall/e-mail! And why accept a mailbox as a delivery address when your delivery company doesn’t deliver there?!

rotten bars, lost money
We ordered bars which arrived rotten. They smelled bad and didn't look good anymore, clearly gone bad. We contacted the customer service but after we sent pictures they didn't reply anymore to any of our messages in Dutch or English. So we lost a lot of money.

Wiggle has a fake price guarantee policy…
Wiggle has a price guarantee policy that is fake. You show them the price or the other shop and then they say that they have a small list of shops where they do price guarantees. And your shop is not on the list. Then you try to cancel the order and although the delivery will be after a few weeks you cannot cancel the order five minutes after you ordered. you're basically stuck with the item for a high price where you thought you could cancel for free or have a price guarantee
I have to pay for Wiggle not being able to deliver a product
I ordered something from Wiggle which was subsequently found to be unavailable, this after I had to ask why the product was not being offered to the carrier. In the end I got my purchase amount back but the shipping costs are not refunded while nothing has ever been offered to the carrier by wiggle.
