Vi beklagar strulet med leverans, det var verkligen inte meningen. Vi kan se att vi har löste detta åt dig nu. Som sagt det borde vanligtvis ta 4-7 arbetsdagar och vi beklagar att det drog ut på tiden. Tyvärr försvann ditt paket under transport, detta händer ytterest sällan. Vi har skickat ut ett nytt paket åt dig och borde komma fram till dig imorgon.

Not yet got the correct product
Got the wrong product but Wiggle could not send the correct product until I had returned it. This resulted in that my girlfriend didn't get her gift in time for her race. I have still not received the correct product or any information about refund for the return of the wrong product. Two stars is if they solve this now (which I hope

Good shopping experience!
Have done a lot of shopping at wiggle.se, everything from complete bikes down to waterbottles. They always deliver on time, prices are very reasonable, for people like me on a tight budget there's always a low price option like the dhb brand and those have generally been very good value for money. When, on one occation, something was wrong with the delivery I got, Wiggle were very helpful trying to sort it out. I recommend the warmly to anyone!

Själva paketeringen och utskickningen sker oftast inom en dag och den som har bråttom med att få sina varor kan välja alternativet expressleverans, då varorna levereras redan nästa dag om man beställt före en viss tid (i annat fall levereras de två dagar senare). Bad delivery service
Partially received my bicycle in a damaged box with all components strewed all over the box. The wheel was damaged as a result. No idea what happened to the second box with the frame and other parts. Lost somewhere. "Great job"!
