Our wightfibre installer Lester was excellent. He arrived on time, listened to our requirements and made the necessary adjustments going around our borders rather than through the middle of the lawn... See more

Engineers came out on a Sunday to fit the broadband. Very quick and efficient. Minimum of mess or upheaval.
We’ve had the broadband drop out a few times since we had it fitted at the end of June 2026 but no where near the amount of times we didn’t have it with our previous provider.
Your staff worked really hard, sorted out everything, as I have a funny shape house. Explained everything I needed to know and connected me too my phone and tablet no problem. Well done 2 your staff

We switched from BT to Wight Fibre and wished thst we had been in a position to do so earlier (due to contract with BT). We would recommend to family and friends.

I am a new customer why does it take so long for a Company to answer the phone.
Over 20 minutes and no answer when ringing

Not impressive, hence my low score of 1 Star☆
Come on WightFibre you can do better!

I joined wightfibre mainly for tv. However, I keep loosing the signal and have to go through the rigmarole of turning off the puck, and resetting to get the channels back. It has happened five times already, and I've only been with wightfibre since June. It's not worth the hassle of having to reset all the time. I am seriously thinking of terminating my contract.

They have helped me to get tv working again along with my recording box and organised my printer to print with my iPads
I had to wait three months for cables to be laid. In the road but it. Was made worth while I had three months green what else can I say. Very very acceptable.

I cannot Fault the excellent customer care service that I have received from Wight Fibre. Despite their best efforts they were unable to connect me due to not being enough capacity on the BT Owned telegraph Pole. They had 2 separate teams out to try and connect my address. They lent me a 4G router while trying to install my broadband and even when they couldn't install it they said I could use it until BT have installed the broadband. Tom kept me up to date with all the progress. This is above and beyond customer service especially in todays world where everyone is so busy. I am disappointed that I cannot have wight fibre but wanted them to have a five star review. So a big Thank You all at Wight Fibre especially Tom. Jan

The greatest thing about WightFibre is that they answer the phone and its possible to have a conversation with a real human being who is really intelligent as apposed to the barriers faced when dealing with other so called communications companies.
The second greatest thing is that the engineers know what they are doing and are also good at communicating with customers
The products offered can be taylored to meet the customers needs. The terms and conditions are reasonable and fair and it all works reliably! Thanks
