We are tenants in a Wild & Co rental property and have had a great experience over the past two years. James and his team have been amazing from our very first viewing right through to today. They’re always available and willing to help… James even once assisted us at 8am on his day off. Any maintenance issues we’ve had have been resolved quickly and efficiently, both by Wild & Co and the landlords. We’re very happy tenants.

Really helpful throughout

Had a very pleasant experience renting through Wild and Co with James. He was very accessible when it came to booking a viewing and was quick with paperwork to ensure we got the flat as soon as possible. Would recommend them for anyone looking to rent in London!

James and his team have been brilliant, from first visit right through to getting tenants installed in our flat on Britannia walk. He helped with all the steps of the process, kept us informed and was efficient and friendly. Would very highly recommend him and Wild & Co more generally.

To echo another review, our experience as a buyer with James was unfortunately very negative. He was aggressive and unnecessarily rude throughout the process. If we hadn’t been under time pressure to proceed with the purchase, we would have seriously considered withdrawing based on that experience alone. While this approach might suit sellers, from a buyer’s perspective it was deeply off-putting.

Whilst I’m sure we will have the classic “Buckingham Palace” response of “recollections may vary,” I would just caution that ours isn’t an isolated case.

Rude, rude, rude!! Make a stressful process unpleasant. The absolute definition of going through the motions and not giving a flying fruitloop about the experience of tenants.
Have opted to remain anonymous as don’t want further unpleasantness when I have to deal with them next.

David was amazing, very calm throughout what can often be a stressful process, he kept us informed all the way and provided a first class service . Would highly reccomend
