We have recently dealt with Wild & Co estate agents on a conveyancing sale file. By far they have been the most progressive and active agents so far in my 18/19 years experience in this field. They were progressing the case on a daily basis as it were their own sale, responding immediately and also liaising with any parties to resolve any given issues swiftly and professionally. Absolutely brilliant to work with them, makes you job a lot easier..

I registered with Wild&Co on the strength of a recommendation from another landlord.
I have been extremely pleased with their work and their attention. I am particularly impressed with the speed of their respons and the quality of the work they commission on my behalf.
I am also reassured that they will look after my tenant.

I'd tried to sell my flat on several occasions over the years but had fallen into the trap of using the big named corporate style agencies. However, after being consistently underwhelmed I fell upon James at Wild & Co. I have to say that James is a breath of fresh air; he knows the local market inside out, gives straight up advice, speaks like human being and not like a whining nasally agent-bot, got me the price I wanted and had a firm grip on the transaction all the way through. Don't be fooled by the shiny corporates; keep it local, support a small business and instruct Wild & Co to act as your estate agent.

Wild and Co provided excellent service when I was selling a four bed maisonette in Hackney. They were really quick in finding perspective buyers and had the flat sold quickly. There was a delay from the buyers end and they were excellent about following up with them to ensure there was no further delay. Would highly recommend.

We sold our flat with Wild & Co and we can’t recommend them highly enough! We got quotes from other estate agents, but felt early on that we wanted to go with James as he was local and so knowledgeable about the area, and he understood what made our flat special. As expected, James turned out to be an absolutely first-rate estate agent, guiding us through the process, providing us with enormous amounts of support and advice when things got a little hairy (as they often do! I can't praise Wild & Co enough for the way that they handled the sale of our Hackney flat.

We initially decided to sell with Wild & Co because they were locally based and themselves lived in the area. After they listed our flat we had a lot of viewings in the first few weeks and secured a great buyer after a month, and with our onward offer accepted, the chain was complete and everything seemed to be progressing smoothly.

But when the buyer pulled out for personal reasons, in the middle of the second lockdown and with our onward purchase at risk, that's when James and Ovi were really, really great. They were relentless in finding other buyers for us, trying different strategies and pursuing leads, and once we accepted a new buyer, really stuck with us until the final day of getting our sale over the line.

Their communication was great, very open, accessible and frequent which made us feel a lot more confident at what was a highly stressful time. We also appreciated their honesty and local expertise when it came to how to treat offers and approach price.

Overall they were just great, and we couldn't recommend them enough.
