They have great products at reasonable price's I was back ordering another on Christmas day

A rather late christmas order was dispatched very quickly and arrived in time. Nice product a lovely skin

After quite a few weeks and after asking when I would receive my order, it was eventually delivered. I had been sent the wrong colour. I contacted them and was told I would be issued a returns label. That was 11th Dec. I have heard nothing since. I have emailed numerous times with no response. Especially as there’s lots of mention of “please reach out to us with any questions” etc Just very very poor. I ordered and paid for my order on 7th Nov. Still waiting to get it sorted. Thanks Wildash and please stop sending me “rate us” emails. I hate to put down small business that are trying hard, but not even responding to emails is not acceptable.

After a bit of a mess to start Wildash got their act together and resolved the problem and turned it round. Am always happy to re-review if companies genuinely attempt to rectify a situation, which they most definitely did. Hopefully they will be a bit quicker of the mark in future with response for emails when things go wrong. However they attempted and then did sort this out so happy to re-rate and hence a re-review.

and it took forever!!!

Love the proposition, extremely responsive & customer centric in upgrading the wood used when the original selection was unavailable. Defect on delivery & despite multiple emails & calls they remain unresponsive. A real shame.

The rug was considerably smaller than shown in picture on website. Quality is quite good. Delivery good.

If I had read these reviews instead of their gushing ‘cherry picked’ reviews on their website. I WOULD NEVER HAVE ORDERED FROM WILDASH LONDON. I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO ASK ME FOR FEEDBACK. THIS COMPANY HAS LIED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND 14 WEEKS ON I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND.

Wildash need to learn to communicate. When ordered, delivery was supposed to be about a week. They didn't let me know that there would be quite a delay in despatching. However the items themselves are lovely - better late than never!

I ordered a pet rug back in October. I understand there is disruption in royal mail but website stated at the time 3-5 days for delivery to myself. On 26th November I asked for a refund as I felt I had waited for long enough. I was told money would be refunded and it would take 3-5 banking days for refund to show in account. Now on day 7 and still NO refund. Maybe their rugs are super but the customer service certainly isn't

The service and customer care I have supposedly received from WILDASH as been worse than diabolical…what a dreadful company to have dealings with,I have received nothing but duff information,untruths andI am still waiting for my order to be full filled/refunded!! Don’t go near them!!

Ordered an item and did not receive for 7 weeks. Multiple emails sent, each giving different excuses as to why the goods had not been dispatched. Said they would provide a refund but did not. Now needing to raise dispute via my bank to recover the >£200 they owe me.

I placed an order in September costing £170 and still not received it. Shouldn’t even get a one star!!!!
Asked for refund and not received one!
What more can I say

Do not recommend. Absolutely do not in any way recommend this online shop. Really poor on every level. Can’t comment on the goods themselves because they have never arrived despite requests for updates. Staff experts at fobbing customers off. You will get no further updates or info. No replies to emails and impossible to get through via phone. Don’t be fooled by the fancy website and promises made. A total waste of money. I will try to get a refund but don’t feel hopeful about that either. Wildash show themselves to be everything horrid about online shopping. Order at your own risk. Buyer beware.
