The staff at the store were excellent at assisting us find the right back pack for our walk. Obviously have a lot of experience in walking long distance in other countries. A young girl, only wish I could remember her name as she deserves credit for her knowledge and excellence customer service.

Staff offers wonderful guidance, did not over saturate me trying to sell sell sell, they assist and give you space to trial the fit and feel but continually check on you. They very genuine and engaged, and know their products.

Online business are usually very un personal...not these guys. Easy to contact via phone, extremely helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. I have made 3 or so orders so far and I will continue to use them because of there traditional customer service values and personal human contact.....no automated phone crap.

I purchased a raincoat from another well known shop/site and it becomes moist inside the lining , making you feel wet. This raincoat remains dry - it is almost identical but the difference I experienced is the quality- this is a much better raincoat.
I noticed the other raincoat was Made in China, and this one is Made in Vietnam. The quality of material and protection from the rain is outstanding with the Wildearth raincoat! Thank you for sourcing a higher quality fabric and garment. It does the job so well !!
