Really good service and good quality earrings
The ordering process was quick and easy, the earrings arrived within a few days and were as described. They were lovely and good quality.
The only small thing I would suggest is that there are photos of the earrings in an ear as it is difficult to judge size (even with measurements!). As it happens, there was no disappointment when they did arrive, but we had to order them to be sure. They were a 60th birthday present and it would have posed a problem if they were smaller than we imagined and we had to send them back.

Bought a watch online
Bought a watch online and had a change oh heart the following day. Emailed them asking to cancel the order and received a response within a couple of hours confirming that they had issued a refund which I received the same day. Can't fault the service! I then had another change of heart and tried to buy the watch again. Unfortunately it had been sold! I guess there's a moral to this story...

Gorgeous ring, great price.
This is my 3rd piece of jewellery bought from William May. This piece was a platinum and diamond ring, it was second hand but looked like new, came very promptly and in a ring box. Would highly recommend this jewellers.
