I placed an online order with Williams Electrical last Tuesday for an oil filled radiator and a fan heater. Both items were delivered to me an hour later! Excellent customer service! Prior to contacting Williams Electrical, I'd tried to order similar items online from large companies but their estimated delivery dates were 3-5 days. My experience shows that it's far better to shop locally!

I ordered a washing machine at about 11am and was delivered about 1 hour later. Very impressed !

Good communication and arrangement of delivery. Charges of £15 for taking down external steps let them down, considering it only took my wife and I 5 mins.

Williams came up on a search and were very competitive on a Bosch food processor. They are a local company that we haven't used before but would definitely do so again for electrical items. Ordering online was easy and the follow up with phone calls to ensure a convenient delivery was particularly good. Highly recommended. We've spread the word around family and friends.

Amazing service, ordered a dishwasher on a Sunday, delivered and plumbed in by Tuesday. Old one removed and taken away. Perfect! Not the first time I’ve used them, I’m a repeat customer for a good reason!
