It was a great experience because my issue was resolved by Sarah she explained everything and she took steps to look into the query thoroughly. Sarah is very professional, patient and kind and now my issue is sorted.

Appalling company
I purchased an adjustable bed from the company Nov 2024 however a few weeks later I was in bed when it collapsed ( I weigh 8 stone 7lbs)
Engineer called to repair bed however should have been replaced as 3 year warranty for the bed ! Engineer noticed one of the drawers was not fitted correctly so another visit from engineer to fix the drawer. I called the company today to inform them that the screws fitted to repair the drawer were too big and had wrapped the velour material over the last 14 months causing unsightly damage to the drawer
However i was told because I didn't report the damage when the drawer was fitted they would not resolve the problem! I am not a carpenter or a materials expert however i do know that friction damage does not show up immediately ! I am now left with a very unsightly drawer on a very expensive bed
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THIER GAURENTEE IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER ITS WRITTEN ON
They do not guarantee drawers that you pay extra for unless damage is reported immediately after the engineer had to come out to fix the drawer that had not been fitted correctly on delivery abd assembly of the bed
Following the above review i contacted customer services as advised by willowbrook I am happy to say the drawer is bieng replaced and the lady who dealt with the situation ( Charlotte) was helpful professional and efficient in solving the problem unlike the lady yesterday who i suggest has a refresher course in customer service

Friendly, helpful staff. I had everything explained and described by the specialist demonstrator. I was going to mention him as he was so helpful, but I see I'm not supposed to use names. I thought that, having a dog, I really should choose leather, but I don't like leather. So he suggested the Guardsman Protection Plan and I then had to decide which fabric. He again had helpful advice and this enabled me to narrow down my options to suit my personal colour preference and also tone in with my living room colour scheme. The two delivery men arrived twenty minutes before their estimated time and had my chair set up within about 10 minutes. I then sat down and was guided through all the functions on the remote control. I am most impressed by the entire process, from first contact to delivery, and would thoroughly recommend Willowbrook for riser recliner chairs. I bought their Hanbury Deluxe with fabric Northwood - Oatmeal.

Terrible. I was not made aware that the bed would be sprayed with chemicals to which I am highly allergic to. Even when the awful smell wears off it will still have the chemical embedded, so I will never be able to use it. Ive had to move out of my bedroom and have wasted nearly £4K . I cannot return so I am left heavily out of pocket . Be very wary if you have any allergies.
Further to your reply. The awful smell has not worn off and I will never be able to use the bed.i need to get it moved asap. You now want to charge me £180 to move the bed which is outrageous.
I never received the cool topper as ordered and still not got it.
I am at my wits and. Absolutely awful Customer service.
Would not recommend.

The adjustable bed was amazing it will be so helpful to both of us and make getting in and out a breeze. She spent an hour on the phone with me for my elderly nan to sort out an engineer for her chair and for a staff member who said she was new, I never would have guessed as she was so knowledgeable and helpful. Bought this chair as I have issues with my lumbar region and mobility. The chair took 6 weeks to arrive and it has to be the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat on. The seat is very hard, the lumber support is more like thoracic and there is no support at all for the cervical spine. An engineer came out to replace the casters as the ones fitted where wrong. I mentioned the support issues and they reported that back and told me to contact Willowbrook and he would come back to take it away and give me a loan chair while that is being adjusted. Another engineer came out not realising he was to bring a loan chair so he left. The problem could not be fixed on site!! So still waiting to have a chair I can sit in. They are very quick to make the sale get your deposit then couldn't care less. Total waste of money £3860 a rip off and because it is bespoke I am stuck with it. Would not recommend.
