Really quick delivery and great quality

I had free samples sent then made my selection.Easy to choose plenty of times to check order before committing to pay. Arrived well boxed. You may need a hack saw to cut pelmet. There are no written instructions so access to Internet needed but video clear. I'm about to order 2 more so obviously pleased.

I was generally pleased however the top of the blind does have a crack but I wanted it up as I had people coming to stay, we have managed to glue it

The order process was simple, however the time to dispatch claimed as 3-5 working days turned out to be over 10 days, The courier DX also emailed to confirm delivery between 08.00 and 18.00 on the Friday but eventually delivered the following Monday.
On arrival, the external packaging was damaged but the goods were intact. The assembly of the vertical blind track was not good with all of the blind rotators miss-aligned and the chain snapped. Overall not a very good experience.

Clear instructions on how to measure and order, blind arrived within the time frame promised and fit perfectly. Easy to install too.

Easy and direct way to order new blinds. Instructions clear how to measure. Greatly priced. A little delay on receiving them, says 3-5 days but came well packaged and undamaged. Easy to install with good online instructions sent to your email in advance. Would order again from this supplier. Had previous blind slat replacements before from here and had no concerns that why I chose to come back.

Straight easy ordering and came very quickly all packed separately as I put three orders

Recently ordered replacement slats for blinds, product is very good and delivery ok. But the order was for chainless slats, we got slats with chain.
Contacted customer service , please send photos to show what had been sent.We did this, oh yes and error on their part , will send the correct chainless weight. Then we waited, chased again, reply yes I'm on it. We waited nothing , so we chased again, oh I will chase our suppliers, after a few days the correct weights arrived , one broken! Lucky they had sent an extra one, no paperwork in the parcel!

Easy to order, at the right price, prompt delivery & easy to hang.

The delivery of my blind by the delivery company was atrocious. I arranged for the delivery for the 20th September for both deliveries but instead the company delivered one on the 17th and although it was to be sign for which as impossible as I was on holiday, they dumped it at my door and asked I had signed for it. Then the second blind which they did deliver however it was not to me, it was to one of my neighbours which again I hadn’t asked them to do. Complete fiasco.
