Replacement window blinds needed for our bathroom, great to find Wilson who made the 1st one 11 yrs ago still in business. Size was on the old header rails, ordering was easy, delivery time acceptable, even the brackets were the same. Great price too. Winner on many fronts.

We found the whole experience very straight forward, we had one query, prior to placing our order, this was answered clearly and concisely when we phoned Wilsons Blinds. Our blinds, arrived a few days prior to the delivery date quoted, we were made aware of that via an email. The blinds were delivered by DPD, their tracking service was very informative and it was easy to change the delivery date with them, as we were not available on the date arranged. The blinds were very easy to install and the quality is extremely good. We ordered the faux wood 50mm slat venetiian blinds in Crystal White, they are lovely, we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Wilsons!

Blackout is Not a Blackout???
I ordered 2 Blackout Roller blind 1st they didn't execute the payments so after a week or so I had to repeat the order their representative acknowledged they had the order but the payment I made was not executed for some e misfunction,
Now order was delayed.
I couldn't cancel my holiday So when order was delivered I couldn't check it.
After the fitters install them my client discovered that it was not a Blackout as ordered.
Now waiting for their Customer Service to respond.
