Excellent for taking on holiday
When we go away, we always take a variety of Wiltshire Farm foods with us. They are tasty and very good value (better and cheaper than some meals you get in a cafe!)
The receptionist is polite and helpful if you order by phone. You can decide when they are going to be delivered and they never let you down. The delivery men are kind and pleasant too.
I inherited a taste for them from my late mum. She loved them!

Website can be misleading ie it wouldn’t let me claim a voucher that had been sent to me.
It was rectified following phone complaint. It also offered a special offer section but it didn’t appear any different to usual menu.

DIdnt deliver 8 items in my order . Didn’t raise with me or refund. Have called twice and emailed twice . Claim to have given me a partial credit in my account but this doesn’t exist on the app and can only be applied as discount if order again over the phone which I hope not to have to do. They owe me £47.60. Not received for weeks now with no follow up and no complaints process . CUstomer service very rude on phone 2nd call

Great selection of meals and prices
Great selection of meals and prices. Easy ordering and delivery. Most of the meals I have tried have generous portions and good selection of vegetables. Makes life very easy as most meals can be microwaved straight from the freezer. Some require oven heating but this is clearly annotated on the meal package and in the brochure. All the puddings that I have tried have been delicious.Very pleased.
