It's more than just a door, but a statement.
Our recent experience having a new fibreglass front installed in our home was exceptional from beginning to end. The team demonstrated professionalism, arrived on time, and paid close attention to detail throughout the project. They explained every phase of the process, addressed all our questions, and made sure we were confident in our decisions.
The installation was both efficient and skillfully executed. The crew took great care with our home, kept the area tidy, and ensured that everything was properly aligned and working before they finished. The quality of their work is evident—the door looks fantastic and has greatly enhanced both the appearance and comfort of our home.
We are extremely satisfied and would gladly recommend their services to anyone seeking expert craftsmanship and a smooth installation process. Be sure to request Lorenzo; he will ensure you're thoroughly looked after.

Definitely would not want this person representing my company!
Do not go with this company!!!!
Do not go with this company!!!!! Don't fall for their sales team! It is the absolute worst company ever! We had our windows installed in beginning of October 2025 and they ended up misleading us on what it would be like and they are the absolute worst windows ever. I HATE them! Actually Hate isn't a stronge enough word to describe my dissatisfaction. We have issues with them, the paint you can see is already from the day they installed is bubbling off and not adhering properly on every window installed, not to mention the streaks and improper window colour (ours we chose iron ore like a dark grey) Our patio door that is new with them doesn't lock properly and the net is already off . It's so cheaply made and feels like your going to break it just by touching the sliding door. Don't even get me started on how when you have the window open all you see is white frame, as opposed to the iron ore (grey) colour, it looks like patch job some parts grey somebparts white.... It looks like a joke house from the outside whenever the windows are open, like an epic fail! I would much rather prefer going back to my 40 year old windows then this new ones. It has been my worst nightmare and biggest stress dealing with their customer service and tech to try resolve the long list of issues. They have been unapologetic, they dont care they got their money and walked away, you literally have to constantly chase them and they keep brushing off the issues. For months now we have been very unpleasant to deal with. They haven't even tried to keep a happy customer they truly don't care. DO NOT give them your business!!!! Imagine the tech guy that eventually showed up see the problem and agree with the issue and then say, here is the solution "dont open your windows"!!!!!! My heart sinks that they are not doing anything about it and feel they can get away with it! No one has even reached out to sit down with us to come to resolution on how this is going to be solved. They truly don't care! Please don't go with this company. If you never have an install issue maybe you'd be fine, but trust me in saying that if there is ever an issue you cannot count on them to be there to fix it and to stand behind their product and provide customer service support. You would much rather find another company you know will be there even when it's not working and can count on them to fix it. This isn't that company! They all a bully!
Today's issue separate from all of the above - our new windows installed October 2025 are leaking!! It was freezing rain/rain outside and we noticed a puddle of water on the frame leaking in - what a disaster! This has never happened with my 40 year old windows.. it has barely been 2 months since install. Just heartbreaking how they feel they can get away with such poor windows and take advantage of people.
If you want to get ripped off
If you want to get ripped off. Use these guys. Their windows are utter garbage, The handles break left and right. One of the glass panes cracked and they are not covering it under warranty. The windows don't close properly. They are a reseller of some sort. Stay away
Don't honor contracts
I negotiated with them for a price of doing a front door with side windows and a plain back door. After multiple communications with the sales rep, we came to an agreement and signed a contract. We also included a down payment. A few days later, we received communication that they would not honor the contract because they could not supply the product at the agreed price and they would not cover the price increase of $2,000 in order to honor the contract. They preferred to walk out on the agreement! I do not recommend them because I would not trust that they would provide the services or product as was stated in the agreement. We are now left having to start all over again with another company, which takes up a lot of my time, but I guess that is not an included cost in their eyes.
Never showed up
Never showed up, no phone call nothing don't waste your time with this company Brian B. approved or not, lots of better companies out there!
Fantastic service and workmanship
Fantastic service and workmanship. From start to finish, we had excellent service. Yes, there were delays, but this is how home renos work. Appreciated the help from Kalin when choosing the right type of windows. The installers were polite, efficient and perfectionists. The windows look fantastic and should last many years. Thank you!
zero rating if possible - worst customer service!
I hired Canadian Choice Windows & Doors in Edmonton in April for a $16,400 window installation, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
The wrong windows were delivered for my basement bedrooms, yet I was pressured to make full payment before the mistake was corrected.
Despite repeated instructions to salesman Arthur that the windows needed to extend 1.5 inches for future siding, they were installed incorrectly.
Communication was consistently directed to my boyfriend and father—neither of whom live with me—instead of me, the homeowner who paid for the project.
When the installation issues became clear, I was met with hostility and told the company would not honor the 25‑year warranty that was a major reason I chose them.
Over the years, I’ve tried everything—messages, letters to the owner, reviews—to get this resolved. I was eventually blocked by the company. Recently, they contacted me through the BBB claiming they wanted to “make it right,” but in reality they’ve skirted all responsibility.
Most recently, I went to their showroom during posted business hours (Monday–Friday, 9–5) and found it closed. When I called, I was told to come back during regular hours. I explained it was 2:53 pm—well within those hours—and they repeated the same line before hanging up.
This is the worst company for customer service I have ever dealt with. They do not stand by their commitments, their warranty, or their customers.
Terrible communication
TLDR - repeated delays, unanswered emails, broken promises, and refusal to take responsibility have made this an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience.
We chose Canadian Choice Windows & Doors to replace the windows in our new home after a friend recommended them. The sales process and initial measurements were smooth, and both the sales rep and the installer assured us the windows would be installed soon after we took possession, within the 6–8 week delivery window in our contract. We explained that timing was important because we hoped to have the work done before moving in, and both verbally confirmed it wouldn’t be a problem.
After the final measurements, the installer told us to call the office the next day to book an installation date. When we did, the office said they couldn’t schedule anything until production was complete and gave no estimate for when that would be. Over the next two months we sent multiple emails (all received automated confirmations promising a reply within two business days) and made numerous phone calls. Each time we were told a “ticket” was open but there was no update, and we’d receive a call back within 48 hours. No one ever called back.
Our closing date came and went, we moved in, and we were well past the 8-week mark with still no installation date. Eventually the sales rep admitted production hadn’t even started because someone at the office was waiting for clarification on a “minor detail” for a couple of windows, a detail no one ever contacted us about. He apologized and said he would “make it up to us.”
Weeks later we got a call saying new measurements were required, only to be told afterward it was a mistake. Soon after, we finally received an automated email saying production had begun, nearly a month after the windows were originally supposed to be installed. At that point we requested to cancel and have our deposit returned. Those requests were ignored, and instead we were told we were “at the top of the queue” for installation in early September.
When that date passed with no communication, we again asked to cancel. We then sent a formal written notice under the Consumer Protection Act and opened a file with Consumer Protection Ontario, which confirmed the company is in violation of the Act. Despite acknowledging receipt of our letter and calls, Canadian Choice has not responded.
Adnan and Crew
Adnan and crew were great and professional; they installed 3 windows and a door quickly. Cleaned up very well afterwards, we love the new installments.
Today we had a visit from Jeff Ross…
Today we had a visit from Jeff Ross from Canadian Choice Windows and Doors to have a quote put together for replacement windows and doors. Jeff was excellent at listening to what we thought we did and did not want for windows. After listening to us, Jeff took the time to explain the differences, pros and cons of the window styles. There was no pressure and no hard sell. We made sure that Jeff knew we are getting quotes to help us become educated in windows and doors so we can make an informed decision. We have not received Jeff’s quote yet. If it is less competitive for what we decide to go with he will definitely be given the chance to improve his quote instead of being dismissed because of price. He earned our respect for how he handled his interview with us, so even if his quote should be the highest he has earned our trust to have a second chance at getting our business. For these reasons we give Jeff a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review. Thank you Jeff.
Not even a call back
Didn't even have the decency to call us back. Glad we went elsewhere. Guess they don't need the business that badly
They were on time ,they were very nice…
They were on time ,they were very nice and they did an excellent job my windows look great the gentlemen were very nice did a great job cleaning up as well so happy.
Thanks again Canadain choice windows. Cindy
Great guys, great work, beautiful product
Adnan, Serbii, Peter, and Jegor came today to install a huge window the entire left side of my home floor to ceiling and new front, back and front storm doors. These guys were so synergetic, they worked so well together, they did an amazing job!! They cleaned up everything really nicely and we even had a few laughs along the way! I give them extra credit for the fact that the house is out of square and they really had some work to do. I'm so happy with the windows, doors and service! I'll follow up this review in 6 months to let you know how the windows and doors react through the winter! Overall a fabulous experience!
Knowing what I was looking for
Knowing what I was looking for, I gave Canadian Choice a call and discussed my plans with Adam in regards with replacing our last "old" window on the house (over 89 years old). Adam guided us through the process. The measuring guy came over and also explained everything that would be done. On the day of installation, the guys showed on time, proceeded as planned and the window fitted perfectly without any itch. Installers were professional, speedy and very clean. The window is a draft-lock plus Euro and works wonderfully and it looks like it was always on the house, the style matching the other windows. We are extremely pleased with Adam, the measuring guy and the installers. Job well done and on time. Thanks for your professional service and your quality product.
Avoid this company
Signed $59K contract with deposit paid; they demanded $13K more claiming promo “expired” despite contract terms. Refused to honour the price. Then tried to charge $360 to refund our credit card. Dishonest and unprofessional.
European Doors
I had a pretty good experience with their windows (so far) but different experience with the European door. The cord broke (and was told the screen, as well) due to, I guess, the weather condition in Ontario. (Update: I was told it may be due to animal scratching (eg. squirrels) as the hole was at the bottom). I honestly do not know if the screen are just bad quality or not.
The cord was under warranty but not the screen so i need to pay out of pocket even if installation was on Nov 2023 (less than 2 years).
But in fairness, their customer service is very respectful and timely in responding.
If you are deciding which door to purchase, do NOT choose the European door even if i was assured by the sales person of the great quality. I guess the door is great but not the screen.
I am still in the midst of deciding whether to have the screen fixed or not as it may be a recurring issue due the weather in Ontario are the same year to year.
The nightmare continues.
We had all of our windows replaced a couple of years ago and have had nothing but problems with them since. Several of the windows were making a cracking sound so I contacted their office in Calgary and notified them about the problem, at first they denied it and said that all windows make that sound after being installed. Finally after numerous calls they agreed to come and fix one of the windows located right beside my bed, they sent the same installer Alex L. that had originally installed all of the windows to replace the window last year, I wish that I would have never allowed them to come back in to my home, the window that they replaced has been making the same annoying cracking sound as well as all of the other problem windows, Tanya called and said that she had spoken to the manufacturer and they had agreed to fix all of the problem windows only if I would agree to remove my review from google. After very little thought I decided to refuse removing my review because why would I allow them to return if the one window they attempted to repair is still making the noise and was not fixed ? Also I am writing this review to warn people about this company, they offer 50% off of installation and bait people with the government tax free loan, let me assure you that they do not stand behind their product so please don’t be fooled.
Numerous phone calls and no returned call!
Numerous phone calls and no returned call to service my purchase of a 4 thousand dollar door!!!!!! So non existent customer service. Will never return here!!
Worst Company for Windows and Doors
I am so sorry that I made this choice without looking at the reviews.
Especially with the installer now seeing that someone else's windows are already destroyed by poor manufacturing ,no warranty. The staff are exceptionally condescending. They've lied boldly. Made false promises and hold a knife to your throat called the contract. Everyone needs to expose this company due to the people running it. From sales people lying, The installer cutting corners, customer service being nasty at me for their own personal affairs and their own mistakes. Then they yell at you when you ask them for your information call me rude because they don't understand their own question.
Once the front door gets installed I won't have any hardware to close the door no handle dead bolt keys .... because they said that they don't supply that. well we’re almost ready to go with the install and I will have no Locking Hardware Thank you for your severe Lack of concern and I asked for a lock and handle for my sliding door with keys that was supposed to be included, won't be getting that either. Now do I trust them for anything I’ll to ask another company if the windows are triple pane shatter proof, hopefully that won’t be a lie. I also saw nothing for a warranty
