the company is brilliant! the service was incredible as they made me feel very comfortable gave me all the attention i wanted. i was able to ask however many questions i wanted unlike the NHS , where it’s just quick and uneasy l. i have spent my money very well for the gender and well being scan. i will be recommending to all my pregnant family and friends in the future for sure

We have used Window to the Womb for several scans throughout this pregnancy & every time I have felt so at ease. Especially after previous loss scans became my biggest anxiety but everytime I was made to feel so comfortable & the sonographer understood my anxieties and put me at ease as quickly as possibly to show us our baby.

Amazing, helped with a lot of problems we have had during pregnancy

All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The sonographer was very professional and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended! ⭐️

Amazing sonagrapher amazing experience

I originally booked my 4D scan for when I was 26 weeks pregnant. On the day of my appointment, I was contacted and told that I would not be able to get good 4D images at 26 weeks and that I should wait another 1–2 weeks for better results. Based on their advice, my appointment was changed to a later date.

However, when I attended my rescheduled appointment today, the sonographer told me that I had actually passed the best time for the scan — which was the original appointment date at 26 weeks — and that the placenta was now too close to the baby, making it difficult to get good images.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I followed the advice given to me by the clinic, changed my appointment accordingly, and now I am being told that I missed the optimal time because of that change. This was a very special scan for me, and I feel that I have been let down by the service and the advice I was given.

We booked Window to the Womb for our gender scan and it was the best experience. Both our Sonographer and assistant made us feel so comfortable, well informed and at ease. The lighting up of the room with either pink or blue for your baby’s gender was a lovely touch! We throughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend them to any of our expecting friends! Thanks again to the team!

Even though our little one didn’t want to play ball for her 4D scan, the staff were wonderful and helped us organise a rescan so we will get the experience we hoped for.

Everyone who works here is so welcoming & friendly, your expectations are managed professionally and everything is thoroughly explained to you through a read through guide & the staff speaking to you. I have visited window to the womb hitchin twice during my pregnancy. Once for an early scan and once for our 4D scan - we had different staff members for each & both times I felt completely relaxed & left feeling reassured & very happy with our experience. Worth every penny - would definitely recommend to anyone considering any scans here

Staff was very nice and professional ,explaining everything to me.

Loved both my experiences at window to the womb hamilton glasgow. The fact you can take family members in and they have plenty of couches for everyone to sit on and feel comfy in the room is amazing. The girls are always so friendly and bubbly and just makes the experience so enjoyable.

Very friendly and professional. There is a lovely big screen to view scans on and it it a much more pleasant and special experience vs NHS. We have been twice and will be back

This is my second time going for a scan with my current pregnancy they are amazing and work close with their customers to make me feel comfortable I have done a fetal welbeing at 17 weeks and they were lovely especially I had my 2 year old with me and they helped make it about her and make her excited to see her brother. I had gender bloods done within this pregnancy and they were professional when taking the blood. I have been multiple times (believe 3 times) when pregnant with my daughter 2023 and the service has always been amazing

Farah and the team are great, put you at ease and explain everything thoroughly! Can also tell how much they care as they get excited when they see little baby’s waves, movements and kicks on the ultrasound! We have been twice here already and we will be back for our 4D scan! Thank you

I have had four scans at the Bagshot clinic throughout my pregnancy and always found it to be a very positive experience. Staff are friendly and go above and beyond to support customer's throughout their experience. Discounts and offers are also very good.
