Website was a pain in a few different ways. I filled a cart, but it wouldn't let me check out because it said the shipping amounts didn't match, even though they were automatically filled in by the system and I could not change them. After support notified me that I needed to remove one of the bottles from my cart I went to re-try and the cart was now empty, so had to completely recreate it (from the list they kindly sent me). Tammie in support was very kind and helpful, but the site was a pain.

The shipping window was 10am-2pm and it did not arrive in the time frame. Which I could understand if a message was sent to say it was running late. Waited almost all day for it. Disappointing.

I like the selection of wines. In the past there has generally been a discount code but not today. I have paid stewardship fees each year and ordered fairly regularly and don't recall not getting a little extra off the bill.
For a gift, I had a rough idea of what I wanted, the web site guided me to where I needed to be, gave me options I had not considered, and made it easy for me to make a decision.

this is the third time you have been out of stock on many of the popular sauvignon blancs from new zealand . when i reached out for answers i was repeatedly told " i don't know " i asked if you were going out of business ?
